Melvin was a great host! He was very proactive advancing any instructions before we arrived that we might needed. Also, he was very responsive during our stay as well if we had any questions. His place is very cozy and is very well located!

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

Excelente opción para disfrutar de un fin de semana largo cerca de la playa Black Eagle, especialmente si en la familia hay adolescentes o niños mayores. Además, es el único lugar en el que nos hemos hospedado en Puerto Bahía donde ni siquiera notamos si se va la electricidad, algo que ocurre con frecuencia en esta zona.

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

Don’t hesitate, book it! Our family of 6 just left Z’s place! We were there for 5 nights and let me tell you that we didn’t want to leave! Location: perfectly close to everything. The town of Rincon is about a 10 min walk away, the beach at the end of the street is very convenient for catching a sunset or having a nice relaxed beach day as it is not crowded, you feel like you have your own private beach, supermarket les than 2 mins away, right across the street there are some food trucks (highly recommend - we woke up and walked to the coffee truck a few mornings), location was amazing! Mexican restaurant in town was delicious. The home: amazing spacious cozy home, honestly felt like it was our home away from home. Backyard pool/bbq area beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were great. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Beach towels chairs umbrella, cooler. Hope you enjoy Z’s home as much as we did! Would definitely stay here again. TY Z!

Beautiful house with all the amenities and extras for beach activities. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels along with the cart to bring the items. Loved the pool. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Central location to many different beaches. We enjoyed having the horses next door. You get a peek at the water from the balcony as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A wonderful home that is clean and equipped! Fantastic location; town to the left beach to the right both a 5 minute easy walk. The Thursday night art walk is amazing. Kevin is kind and stayed in touch with us, he was very responsive and made great suggestions. I would love to stay again!

Staying at Bill’s place was arguably our best Airbnb experience ever. The oceanfront property is stunning—so beautiful and peaceful, and everything we hoped for. Bill was wonderfully communicative, and not only greeted us upon arrival, but also provided lots of wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Bill also provides *everything* you need for a beach day — towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. He has a grill on the private patio and grilling equipment too. In sum, the stay alone was already pretty wonderful, but Bill’s hospitality really put the experience over the top. Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to visit again and a future trip to Rincón.

The house is exactly as advertised--clean, well appointed, with a great pool and even better view of the hills and ocean. Great place for a relaxing vacation, but still very close to town/restaurants/etc. The host is very proactive--provides clear instructions ahead of time and responded immediately with any questions (both before and during the stay). Great experience.

Quiet and peaceful near the airport in a residential community. Not far from major tourist areas and the main road with a lot of good restaurants. Despite it being next to the airport the area is real quiet. The home was beautiful and very clean. Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Luis was proactive and very helpful. I would love to stay here again and recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet neighborhood and the private patio were great for relaxing. We saw quiet a bit of wildlife and got to meet the friendly neighborhood dogs. The place had everything you needed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a workplace and comfy living room. The place is only a 10 minutes drive to Rincon, plenty of restaurants around and close to all nearby beaches. The communication with Alex was great, she was always friendly and was able to answer all our questions.

This is a beautiful pristine home inside and out with everything you need to have a relaxing stay.We got a tour of the home when we arrived we felt at home the beds are very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We did get lost getting to the property but the host was available and took the call we made to him and he guided us by phone to the home. There are horses up the road that my grandson and family enjoyed feeding. There is a restaurant very close to the home that we ate at it has outside seating and good food. I would definetly stay at this home again

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The highlight was definitely the view, it’s absolutely stunning and even better than the photos. Waking up to that scenery every day was a treat. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This home was pure magic! The modern, minimalist design beautifully complimented the lush surroundings and endless views. The home was perfectly stocked, uncluttered, beautifully designed and super comfortable. We eased right into vacation mode and found ourselves prioritizing time in the home due to the overwhelming comfort we all felt there. Quiet luxury at its finest. Leanne was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and quick responses made us feel welcomed and confident in her beautiful home. Will come back!

Saludos, quedamos muy complacidos con el hogar. Todo muy agradable y un lugar tranquilo. Una hermosa vista, aunque el factor clima (denso polvo del Sahara) no nos permitió poder disfrutar del paisaje. El hogar muy lindo, todo muy limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar si lo deseaba y para usar el bbq. Muy agradecida.

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

This was such a beautiful house, located on the top of the mountain overlooking Rincon! You get the view of the ocean and the mountains around, it’s spectacular! It was a quick drive to beaches, and restaurants. Sometimes the road to get up to the house was a little steep and curvy, but other than that never had a problem getting there! I would recommend this house over and over again! Host was super helpful and responsive at any hour of the day! I can’t wait to be back!

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. José Domingo was an exceptional host: friendly and always available. The house itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation in a tropical paradise. The pool was a highlight: immaculately clean and perfect for cooling off or lounging by the water. Each room was well-appointed, the beds are high quality, comfortable and supportive. The house, the location and the ambiance is a mix of luxury and warmth. A+.

Chelsea’s place was exactly what we wanted for our stay. It had everything we needed to make our vacation a memorable experience. A beautiful ocean view right outside our back balcony and hammocks for relaxing in the breeze. Games like dominoes, cornhole, and cards kept the family busy on rainy days and on days when we just felt like staying in to enjoy the house. Waking up in the mornings were difficult due to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves crashing into the house. That was my favorite thing about Chelsea’s house. Definitely look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!
