Rincon Beach Townhouse

Location! Walking distance to downtown and all services including health care, pharmacies, supermarket, upscale restaurants, criollo restaurants, bars, bakeries, gourmet food trucks. A plus is a 3 minute walking trail behind our street leading to the beach for swimming, boating, paddle boarding and much more. The entire house has air conditioning rarely needed in the Winter months but pleasant for the Summer. Open space on 1st floor and all bedroom on the 2nd floor have access to a balcony.

Villa Coco is a three bedroom unit with two and a half bathroom. The first floor have living room with comfortable sofa and tv room. A nice bedroom with a queen futon. A dinning room, kitchen fully equipped and half bathroom. The second floor have the master bedroom with queen bed, full bath, walking closet . The guest bedroom has a queen bed and high ceiling. The unit have open terrace looking the green areas. The villa had Power generator Honeywell 18 kilowatts in case of power outage.
