Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Rincón

I had broken my foot just days before my Puerto Rico trip and had to cancel my reservation. Miguel was incredibly understanding and gave me a refund which is something not every host would do. Judging by the other reviews, I’m sure the place was excellent. If I book again, it’ll definitely be with Miguel.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy especial en este lugar. La casita, rodeada de naturaleza, es hermosa, acogedora y transmite una energía muy mágica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos: los anfitriones fueron cálidos, atentos y hasta nos obsequiaron productos de su finca, lo cual apreciamos profundamente. Incluso los perritos del lugar nos recibieron con cariño, lo que aportó un toque más humano y reconfortante a la estadía. En resumen, la experiencia fue grata gracias a la hospitalidad de los anfitriones y la belleza natural del entorno.

Nos gustó mucho, Flor fue muy simpática y siempre atenta. Las vistas de la terraza espectaculares.

Another good stay at James' place. The upstairs unit was huge, with a large kitchen and gorgeous views. As I and others have noted before, be aware that there are a bunch of dogs in neighboring houses who will bark you awake every morning and asleep every night. Otherwise, a very good-value stay!

Better than advertised and a great location for exploring Rincon. Only steps to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Friendly neighborhood. I found the place very clean and well-equipped for my needs and enjoied both outdoor sitting areas. The neighborhood is lively during the day and quiet at night. The host is friendly and communicative. Will come again and hope this house is available!

WOW! All I can say is I’m so happy I chose to hold my outdoor wedding on this BEAUTIFUL property. Chris was extremely accomodating and very helpful since I was planning my wedding from the states. He allowed me to have family members on the island come and tour the airbnb before we went through a contract for the wedding. Leading up the wedding he assured me the property would be taken care of in terms of landscaping, beach clean up, trees trimmed, etc. Papo is an EXCELLENT property manager and attended to every need we had no matter the time! It gave me peace of mind knowing he would take care of any issues we had! We had endless compliments from our wedding guests that the property and airbnb was beautiful. It’s truly a special place to get married. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to soak in all the fun and memories made at Villa Boquilla. Although May in PR is hot, it was still worth it! The sunset on our big day was magical. Thank you for having us Chris and Papo!✨

Nos encantó, la localización es excelente, a corta distancia está la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. Las camas son súper cómodas. El área del patio tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar todo el día. La piscina privada está perfecta. Hay buenos restaurantes cercanos sin necesidad de utilizar el auto. Lo disfrutamos mucho y sin duda volveremos.

Spacious second story apartment with ample balcony and outdoor play area. A few minute drive from lovely public beaches and downtown Mayagüez. Safe neighborhood a minute from the main highway. Lovely frogs sing in the evenings. Local roosters roust the neighborhood early. Hostess was very attentive. We were comfortable with fans, but AC is available.

LizNelly is awesome to deal with. She’s quick to respond and the location is close to everything near Rincon! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Char's place was very peaceful and we enjoyed a wonderful time of rest listening to the waves. There isn't direct access to the beach but the sounds we're satisfying.

Bonita decoración. El apartamento está limpio y el espacio es adecuado. Está cerca de la playa y negocios. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, planchar, lavar y secar la ropa, y suplir necesidades básicas que te ayuda a aprovechar el tiempo al máximo. The place was amazing! The place was exactly as described in the listing. Amazing ladies very friendly,quick responses. Super helpful with the recommendations. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and couldn’t have had a better time if it wasn’t for their recommendations! This place is definitely in vibes of girls trip and the ocean 🌊 view every morning was amazing! True authentic trip to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! We visited both east and west of the Island 🏝️ and Char was ready to help us out to visit the east side due to time and travel we ended up staying the whole 8 days because we were so comfortable!!!!!! Can’t wait to come back !

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
