Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

A charming lake house with a magnificent view of a ski mountain — Wachusett Ski Resort (voted #1 in MA). Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Located on a lovely small lake, the upstairs suite has a panoramic view from the bedroom, a private spa-like bathroom, cotton linens, a comfy bed, A/C and a living room - it feels like an apartment, but no kitchen. Quietly watch lake nature or boats going by, or choose to swim, kayak, or fish. Enjoy industrial history at Lowell's National Park, take a forest walk nearby, or drive 10 min. to Nashua for its many restaurants, a casino, or tax-free shopping. We are one hour from Boston.

Waterfront Cabin on Beautiful Highland Lake!

Quiet lake experience, especially on weekdays, to get away and reset your busy life! This historic renovated "boat house" comes with 2 kayaks for your use. The boathouse is two large rooms. One room has 2 queen and 1 single bed. The kitchen area also has a single bed. There is an outdoor shower and an indoor claw foot bath tub. There is a small private outdoor deck. Lots to do in the surrounding area, but most people don't want to leave this beautiful setting. (Pets are not permitted)

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

Welcome to Mattawa Cove! Originally built as an Ice Fisherman's shack, this tiny house is unapologetically elegant and understated. The private dock can be viewed from the wall of windows in the open living space. Walk to the shore, sit with your feet in the water, swim, fish, or kayak. It’s the ultimate, all-year romantic getaway. With excellent Wi-Fi, you can stay as connected as you'd like to the outside world. 1.5 hours from Boston or Providence. 3.5 hours to NYC.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, hammock and outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable), WiFi. We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.
