Cozy and newly renovated guest house in rural surroundings. The home is located in an extension of our own country estate. There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. The home consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and Smart TV (Chromecast - % TV channels). The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Desuden tilbyder vi leje af cykler, så I kan komme ud og opleve naturen eller byen. Huset rummer 70 kvm. fordelt på 2 plan. 4 sovepladser og evt. mulighed for plads til en babyseng.

Tag på tur til de nærliggende hyggelige byer og lokalområder, og nyd de lækre danske råvarer som smager allerbedst lige her - hvor fisken er friskfanget og kartoflerne netop er taget op af jorden.

Ved bådehavnen tæt på sommerhuset, finder i vores kano, som er til fri afbenyttelse ( redningsveste forefindes i sommerhuset’s skur). Kun 7 km til Vesterhavet 🐚🌊 Stress af som par eller familie, i vil elske det😊. Stedet som ligger i rolige omgivelser, men ikke langt fra oplevelser.

Our vacation home is located in the first row – enjoy the view of the unforgettable dune landscape while the fresh sea breeze invigorates your senses. From the upper floor you can even see the sea. The cozy seating area around the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. Relax in the private sauna and the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace with a view of the dunes! A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Danish North Sea coast.

Enjoy the peace by the Lake - under old trees

Relax in a comfortable cabin, in your own small forest of old trees, right down to the beautiful lake. The peaceful private paradise is only 20 minutes from Legoland, and the bench by the dining table is full of Lego Duplo ;) The covered terrace with daybed, the new wood-burning stove, the lightning-fast internet and the large smart TV ensure a holiday in all kinds of weather! You Will love this after a bussy day i the parks :)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Large enclosed garden, free parking and close to everything in Billund. Bus station (400m), Lego House (350m), Bakery (350m), Supermarket (500m), Legoland main entrance (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). One bathroom on the 2nd floor is under renovation. Therefore, only one usable bathroom on the ground floor.

Helt unik bolig lige ved vandkanten. Meget rolige omgivelser i lille landsby. Her er der mulighed for afslapning med skøn udsigt til søen og den omkring liggende natur. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
