Cozy townhouse close to the city center, the harbour area and the fjord in Ringkøbing. Family friendly with large kitchen room and living room on the ground floor, desk and 2 beds. Exit to unattended wooden terrace, enclosed courtyard and lawn. Upstairs there are 3 rooms with 2 +2 +1 beds, and a balcony overlooking Ringkøbing fjord and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there are 2 rooms with 2 +1 beds and toilet, laundry room and wardrobe. Carport for 2 cars. Sheets and linens are provided, and TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

The villa is fully equipped with everything in kitchen items, Weber gas grill, large fire pit and large wilderness bath with light and jacuzzi and there in addition to an electric hot tub on the terrace, which is active in the month of July and August. This Unique house has an attractive location in the Southern part of Hvide Sande Town. The house is 10 minutes walk from Hvide Sande Centrum, with Cafes, Restaurants and Shops. Here you will also find the Harbor and the Beach. The surf school and the North Sea can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The house has an private patio where it is possible to find sun and shelter. In the courtyard there is a covered terrace with lounge furniture, from where you can hear the rush of the North Sea.

Cheerful, high quality villa directly to nature

Hav det sjovt med hele familien i denne stilfulde bolig. Villaen byder på 203 kvm. Så der er godt med plads. Villaen er nyistandsat i 2021/2022. Der er senge til 4 voksne og 2 børn. Mod vest starter skov og klitter, derefter Vesterhavet efter ca. 700 meter flot gåtur. Der er gode udearealer. På terrasse mod vest er der naturlig afskærmning i form af træer. Fjorden er også inden for kort afstand. Her kan der bl.a. surfes eller der kan bades i det rolige vand. Der er parkering på grunden

Bungalow VERY close to the North Sea

The House has 4 bedrooms, hall with washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, livingroom and playroom with a double sleeping couch, toys and board games, TV and game console (PS4). On the terrasse is a outdoor spa (oven heated), sunbed, grill, dinner table and lounge area. We have the sand dunes and the Ocean in our backyard and the fjord is also only a short walk away on the other side, so if you like Nature and water, our house is ideal.

Natur skønt beliggende træhus, tæt på Ringkøbing Fjord, i et roligt naturområde uden butikker/restauranter. Nærmeste indkøb og restaurant er 6 km væk og der er 13 km til Ringkøbing by. Huset emner af personlighed og charme. Haven er hegnet ind. Så både børn og hunde er trygge. Villaen er beliggende for enden af lille blind vej, med stor legeplads lige bagved. Velkommen til en fantastisk dejlig og afslappende villa.

You can also enjoy the view of the Lyngvig Fyr lighthouse from the sofa. The North Sea beach is only 800m away on foot. Water consumption are already included in the rental price - electricity consumption is settled in cash on departure. 2000 square meters of land - with a landscaped dune as a property boundary. Large playground and soccer goal on the lawn by the house. (Toys are available)

Fantastically located villa with 100m to the beach

All consumption (electricity, water, and heating), except for electric car charging, is included in the rent. Lovely spacious villa with a view of the dunes and in an excellent location. There is only 100m to the beach and 250m to Hvide Sande's shopping street. The home features an enclosed, charming back garden, and the nearest playground is just 40 meters away.
