There are great hiking possibilities nearby. Hafjell Alpinsenter is only 15 minutes drive away a short distance to skiing in Nordseter and Sjusjøen.

You can ski out the door, swim in the hills in the Mesna River (3 min), trudge down to the city center (10 min) (possibly take a bus) for festivities or to take the bus on to Hunderfossen, Hafjell or Sjusjøen for skiing and other activities. Kindergarten with play facilities outside. Pet-friendly home.
