The spring house is a very cozy space. It was really worth booking with Otávio. Very practical checkin and checkout with all the details clearly explained by it. We certainly recommend and when we return to Holambra we will try to repeat the experience.

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is exactly as in the photos – clean, well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet and at the same time close to shops and everything we needed. Edu was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect. Very well-kept apartment, with a lot of care, well-equipped, modern, very clean, affectionate messages and very pleasant. The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
