Holiday rentals with a patio in Rio Claro

I went on Valentine's Day and when I got there they left a wonderful surprise! With roses, a letter, chocolates, champagne and a balloon... Everything was very impeccable. Not to mention that the airbnb is charming, super comfortable, with everything clean and organized! I will definitely come back and recommend it to more people. João Paulo and Gabi, thank you so much for the little guy and the wonderful reception! You were awesome and we were super happy!

Our stay was great. the place is wonderful, very close to the water park. At the Resort has several attractions for the children and it is very cozy. we will definitely return.

The stay is perfect for those who travel alone, close to the Saltos park and restaurant,bakery and market, a beautiful and quiet place to walk, the bedding smelled and the bed is super comfortable too.

I have stayed before, incredible environment, the hosts are super professional, caring and attentive, respond quickly, and if we have any problems they solve them quickly and efficiently, I will definitely stay again, I feel at home when I am there

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decor and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a way to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and has not fallen once for a week that we were there. There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.

Helô is a helpful and agile host! During our stay we met with patience and accuracy, contributing to our well-being. The house is as shown in the pictures, with quality furniture and equipment. The condominium is great, quiet and well organized. I had a great experience!

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.

It was a satisfying stay, corresponds to the listing, very kind and quick host in communications, clean and smelling bath sheets and towels, the house was clean and organized, quiet place, great for rest…the place is about 20 minutes walking from the center and by car 5 minutes… I recommend it!

The house is extremely comfy and cozy. Perfect for happy family days. Right at the entrance of Águas de São Pedro, only a few minutes from the Shopping Mall. Calm and safe neighborhood. The house has everything you need. Mr. Antonio always very helpful, kind and polite, as well as his wife and daughter Helena. Note 1,000! I hope to return soon.

We really liked the place, very cozy, a place with impeccable decoration, toys for the children, games for the family, Edinaldo was very receptive, they left a snack at the reception for us, we really liked the place, great for resting with the family and many attractions in the city. Indico with a lot of precision and gratitude! Anderson was very coherent and attentive! The Price charged for it much more affordable! I was afraid at first but everything went as it was agreed! What a wonderful stay!!! We want to go back. They can close without fear, there are no lies as to what Anderson informs. Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there. The employee who cleanses is very nice and does her job well. And the Pizza of the hotel tratoria is sensacionaaaaal! Anyway, vale muitooooo God bless you Anderson!
