The stay was quiet, few complications, I suggest the host to send a message before, with some important information like the Wifi of the place, and check the electric part (The one-bedroom shower was not working). Outside all very good and the great location.

We went to celebrate my birthday as a family, and it was wonderful days, the communication with Nataly was great. The house is very close to the beach, accommodated us very well, comfortable house and close to everything.

Wonderful stay, Cristina and her husband Luiz, were great hosts, gave several tips of places to visit, the extremely organized chalet, all beautifully decorated, a quiet environment that connects you with nature, a very quiet and solicitous neighborhood, I'm sure to come back more often!!!! If you are looking for a quiet place, easy access to the beach (less than 5 min walking) and commerce too (bakery, market, snack, distributor, restaurants...), for sure this chalet is for you!!!

the stay is perfect. From before the entrance until the moment of departure, Edson always proved very solicitous, responded quickly and cleared all doubts. The stay is very close to the beach, and the street is very quiet. It looks like the house has recently been renovated, so it was all very new. In the kitchen has all the basic utensils for the preparation of the food. The house was tidy when we arrived and in addition it already had some cleaning supplies to keep the house organized during the stay. My family and I really liked the location of the house and the structure offered.

I already feel at home and not a guest. Katarina and Kátia are wonderful, they meet quickly when we need to communicate, they are flexible and attentive.

I loved the stay, Patrícia is an excellent hostess, super requests! The apartment is perfect for one person, cozy, I imagine that for a couple will also be great. What has cooking utensils is for a short stay, as I stayed three months I took my things. Stairway access is a bit steep, it can be tricky for the elderly. The neighborhood is totally residential, safe and quiet, my car was left on the street without any problems, i-maradinho that has underneath is a hand in the wheel, in time of a need. The only one that can be inconvenient, for some people, would be the noise of neighboring dogs. The location is in the region of the ecological reserve, which for me, which I like more deserted and paradisiacal beaches was a dream, natural lagoons and beautiful beach, the beach that leads to the street is of strong sea and has a kiosk, the look is beautiful! Rio das Ostrase surprised me, clean, organized, with very beautiful beaches and nature. Township who is staying will definitely love it.

The house is much more beautiful in person than in photos, very well located, you can walk to the Rio das Ostras pier, located in a prime neighborhood in the region! The house is nice, good internet, but the outdoor area is wonderful, a feeling of peace! Super well taken care of, worth the price, super recommend! Rodrigo was super polite on the phone and helpful, the caretaker who greeted us was super nice! I will certainly return with my family!!!!

The apartment served my entire family! We were in 6 people, we spent the Friday feriadão Santa and Tiradentes. Condomínio well located, 15 to 20 min of the main beaches. Best part of the apartment is the penthouse, because it is the most space dresser and where there is the barbecue, it was the place that we stayed the most.

Our stay at Camila's was excellent. When renting the space, it is exclusive to your group, without the need to share it with others. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, and all suites offer sea views. There are 3 suites on the upper floor and 3 on the ground floor, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The property is very organized and has ample space for children to play safely and freely. The householders, Sebastião and Rosana, were extremely attentive and dedicated. Sebastião, in addition to being a great cook , made us feel free to set the menu, preparing delicious meals adapted to our taste. About the location, the sea in front of the property is more agitated, so I recommend walking a little along the waterfront to find quieter areas, ideal for a quiet sea bath. I hope to return soon!

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

Very cozy apartment, we felt at home. Great location for those who want to get to know the region. Easy access to several places such as the center of Rio das Ostras, Búzios and Cabo Frio. Helpful concierge staff, we liked it a lot, we will definitely be back!

The house is of excellent location, super clean and has everything for a very comfortable stay! The look is beautiful, the rooms all suites and with air is wonderful! The fully equipped kitchen has shower and foot wash in the backyard just outside the house and still has a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Amamos! We'll be back soon!

Our stay at the chalet was great. We had everything we needed to spend a week. Myself and my family have enjoyed the peace of the place. Mr. Leandro is a caring and very responsive host. We felt at home and took good care of her. We hope to return soon.

Bia was excellent with all of us, very friendly and cosy. It was always available to answer our questions. Her house is a cute, super cozy and in excellent location!

Very cozy house. Too much whim in the details, in the bathroom, bed and spaces of the house. A nice living house. márcia was receptive and answered whatever was needed promptly.

The house has met expectations and is even better than on the photos. Very spacious, several extra mattresses, everything clean, outside area very good, both to rest and to barbecue and enjoy the pool, the view is beautiful too. The nearby beach is very beautiful but the sea is very busy, who does not know how to swim, I do not recommend entering. A tip is just to be aware of the water in the house, so they don't consume or make food with the tap water, as it is a little dark and smells strong. Despite this, the host left 3 gallons of 20L for us to use and be able to consume, we need to buy just 1 more. We were greeted by Roberto and Carla and were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Claudiene welcomed us very well, warm apt, airy and with a great location, we felt at home. We will return more often. Were wonderful days in the Family.

Space equal to the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the noise of the sea, very quiet condominium without night noises, the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and an observation has a Catholic church very close to those who attend as in my case was wonderful. The gatekeepers are super attentive and polite to Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always supportive if she needed it. It was well worth it I will be back for sure.
