It is in a condominium on Guaratiba Island, next to Recreio dos Bandeirantes and close to the best party houses in Rio. Close to Prainha and Recreio dos Bandeirantes (8 km). The land on which it is located is all landscaped and with a beautiful view of the mountain. 32-inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. The location has all the shops.
