For the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, it has a bedroom, bathroom and MINI kitchen for small and quick preparations. Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

The building is 1 block from the lagoon and 8 minutes' walk from Ipanema beach, with plenty of shops around and many dining options, such as bars, restaurants, markets, etc.

Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
