The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

The studio consists of a double bed, full private bathroom with hot shower, minibar, dresser with drawers and air conditioning. It's on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The building is 1 block from the lagoon and 8 minutes' walk from Ipanema beach, with plenty of shops around and many dining options, such as bars, restaurants, markets, etc.

A localização , apesar de ter que subir escadas facilita muito , estamos no melhor bairro que tem tudo que precisar . Fácil locomoção para zona sul e centro do Rio de Janeiro tbm é um diferencial . Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

We are very close to Shopping Tijuca, the subway, bus stops, Maracanã Stadium, McDonald's, Saens Peña Square, Shopping 45, Varnhagen Square (gastronomy) and Mundial Supermarket. We have a very comfortable new bed, a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and everything you need =). My space is good for couples or even if you're traveling alone. My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
