The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

The location is great, very close to the subway and the Flamengo landfill. Well-equipped kitchen. There was an office chair that didn't appear in the photos but it helped us a lot in remote work. Patricio and Mr. Assis were very kind. We'll be back for sure!

It was an excellent stay, facing the beach and beautiful view, the place was very clean and everything organized, the service of the place is great, the place has everything, restaurant, gym, saunas… Just the heated pool that was not hot, otherwise perfect! The owner explains everything properly and responds quickly! Very friendly, I would definitely come back.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Alexander was friendly and welcomed us on the first day. The design and the art of the house is amazing. I see myself staying here for over a month. The Neighbourhood is safe and secure. I highly recommend booking and staying here if you are new to Rio.

The stay was very pleasant. The bar staff is excellent and Maxcinny's communication and presence is excellent. Very happy with everything offered and the amenities of the building and the services.

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, for those who seek tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, has everything necessary and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet to walk, places with good benefit, pharmacy. The view of the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Praia da Reserva (10min of Itaú bike, which is next to it), which is surreal of beautiful!

Excellent apartment. Easy access and very well located. Exceeded expectations! Complete leisure area as well. Heated pool, sauna, whirlpool… A place I'd love to return to again!

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!

Amazing place! It’s just as described and the photos. It has a great location next to the beach, services, and restaurants. The communication was fantastic. We had a small issue getting in the first time, and Ana messaged us at the same moment to offer help. Congratulations!

The place was amazing and beautiful views of the beach. I loved waking up every morning and looking out the windows. The place was huge, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs neighbors were very loud one night making it hard to sleep. But, that has nothing to do with the host and the place. Very close walk to the beach. Getting into the building is very easy. When calling a uber I recommend putting the name of the building in as some uber drivers would go to the park on the other side. The host were very communicative and responded very quickly. Thank you for letting me stay.

My second time staying in a place managed by Sergio and Pilar. Great hosts. The place is a bit small so I would not recommend for stays longer than a week or two.

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. I cried a lot. Vcs deserve the world of happiness Arthur! Thank you so much for everything. And we've already heard of the wonderful novelty. What is already perfect will be unforgettable. Everything was amazing. I've been to Rio 3 times and this was my favorite place to stay. The apartment is small but super comfortable for 2-4 people, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy… Really nice!

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)
