Fantastic little apartment in Leblon! In a cute area across from a great grocery store. Check in was a little delayed because of a miscommunication but overall a great place to stay.

Brux was a great host demonstrated proactivity, was flexible. The nano apartment corresponds to descriptions, great location and easy access. We knew that the space is not large, but as our goal was to take advantage of Rio the least we were left in the apt. It's worth it for those who are tourists and want to get to know Rio. The apartment will be for showering and sleeping hehe. Thank you Brux!

My stay was great. The apartment has an excellent location, close to Copa and Ipanema. Lots of commerce around and near the subway. The apto corresponds with the photos and has what is necessary for short seasons. Ronald was also very attentive.

The place is the one in the photos, good location near the beach, lots of shops and accessible public transport. I would highly recommend it

The location of the accommodation as well as the safety and communication were excellent. However, you have to make compromises in detail. Furniture, windows, bathrooms could be in better condition. Overall, however, the value for money is very good and we would book the apartment again at any time.

Guys!!! The location is practically on the beach, my boyfriend and I feel very safe, as soon as you arrive at the door the doorman opens it. Regarding the accommodation, they treated us as a couple, the only thing I missed was a water filter. But there is a nearby market and a distributor in front of the building.

Nothing to point out that is not positive about this stay. The space is super cozy and welcoming. Ágatha left everything in order and exceeded my expectations. Staying at the palace has always been a dream and, thanks to this accommodation, I was able to have a complete and memorable experience. I love Petrópolis and I will definitely return other times. Complete Airbnb, with everything I saw in the description and organized. Despite being in the Quitandinha condominium, we have no complaints about nuisance. On the contrary, my partner and I felt safe (even when we had difficulties locking the door). Finally, thank you for your care! 10/10!

Excellent experience, Cristiane served us very carefully, explained all the details. The site is exactly as pictured, very comfortable. The location is privileged, it is only a block from Copacabana beach, restaurants and bars of all styles in the vicinity. We went to Lady Gaga's show and everything was perfect. great value for money. The apartment is just like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The arrival was smooth, the building staff are helpful and prepared. It is very close to the beach, the mall and the subway. There are several restaurants around. The building is quiet, although it has several units on the same floor, the neighbors are super quiet. The room is very quiet as well. The only downside is that the window is quite large, and even with blackout curtains, the light comes in in the morning. The hosts were very kind. I would definitely return and recommend.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

The accommodation is compact and has everything you need to feel at home (appliances, sheets, utensils), very clean and organized. Vilma always responds quickly and is very kind, she even gave us a few hours at check-out because our flight was only at night. The neighborhood has a lot of commerce (restaurants, fairs, drugstores, markets, among others), it is very close to tourist spots and access to transportation is also very easy in this region.

I had a great hosting experience. The Studio is cozy and well equipped, it has everything! Has a beautiful view from the window, waking up early, watches a beautiful sunrise. Maria is very good people! Received me super well, was always available to ask questions, give directions about the neighborhood and the city. The condominium staff are all very polite and affordable. I recommend and hope to return soon.

This is the second time I've stayed, and the tranquility, security, large space and everything tidy and clean, I can say with certainty that it is one of the best apartments!
