Hola! La casa se encuentra en un barrio a 15 km al sur de Las Grutas, una zona rural donde reina la tranquilidad y la conexión con la naturaleza. La casa consta de tres habitaciones, dos con vista al mar, de las cuales una es en suit, y la otra tiene vista a la meseta. La cocina, living y comedor se encuentran integrados dotando a la vivienda de un amplio espacio que se extiende mediante el deck hasta la playa. La vivienda esta alimentada con energia proveniente del sol. Es un lugar de ensueño.

Ubicada a 20 km del centro y muy cerca del Lago Morenito (15 minutos caminando), mejor lugar para nadar en Bariloche!! Hermoso entorno para caminar por el bosque. Frente zona escalada: Pared Blanca, Carmelitas y otros. La cabaña comparte jardín con otra casa. Recomendamos venir en auto.
