Modern 2nd floor condo in an older condo complex offers a fully equipped kitchen, LR/DR, 3BR/2BA w/2 queen beds & 1 king master suite. A private 1250SF terrace wraps around the condo allowing for a spectacular 270* view over the sea, the national ecological preserve and El Yunque rain forest. The secured complex offers parking, a small gym and direct access to the beach. This beach can have strong currents but a calm beach is a 5 min walk away. Stop for a piña colada on the way or a bite to eat!

A place to do things and have a good rest.

Please note any traveling restrictions due to Covid-19. Get in contact before booking. Neat studio apartment on the eighth floor, close to the best beaches in the east of the island, with a beautiful frontbeach view. Minutes also from the rain forest and the famous "kioskos de Luquillo" were you can find any type of food and drinks. The pool is not available due to building repair. Take note that our premises are non-smoking.
