Holiday rentals with a patio in Río San Juan

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Bonito lugar y comodo. El llegar fue super facil de llegar. Cercano a restaurantes, Jarolin es un buen host, asiste y ayuda ante cualquier inquietud!

Excelentes atenciones. El apt impecable, cómodo y cerca de la ciudad. 100% recomendable.

Logement très bien équipé - très paisible. On a adoré dormir avec le bruit des vagues. La terrasse est un must avec jolie vue et très intimiste. À seulement 15-20mn à pieds des restaurants de Cabarete. Ville très chill, tournée sur le kite surf.

Excelente lugar para quedarte en cabarete, zona segura y tranquila Excelente servicio, dice María, buen detalle el de la canasta de fruta. La verdad, muy amplio, limpio.

I must say for the first time visiting the Dominican Republic in kite Beach was not only the breathtaking views but the amenities were outstanding. The people were very helpful friendly loving and the kite school was amazing and the food was exceptional, especially the ceviche. if you are a kite surfer or love having fun in the sun and sand and beautiful jade green waters this is the place to come. can't wait for next year :)

El alojamiento esta bien decorado y es acojedor mejor de lo esperado, el torno muy bien cuidado. La presión del agua es muy buena, el agua caliente sale al tiro, el anfitrión estuvo bien atento y disponible.

Another great stay at Agua Dulce. Beautiful villa and views. The staff was very attentive as always.

Spent a few days at the house and wished it was longer. The view of the house is beautiful and the house was comfortable. It’s in a great location. Denise was very responsive and the owner Gloria was super helpful and gave us good recommendations and people to contact. Highly recommend! Hoping we make it back one day!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este lugar, es muy lindo, cómodo, tranquilo y su diseño arquitectónico es algo que me atrae mucho ya que su sala de estar está diseñada para tener luz solar todo el día sin importar la posición del sol. Es muy lindo y su piscina me encanta, el anfitrión es muy atento y amigable. Definitivamente volvería.

Amazing stay and very private. Beautiful place to spend a few days enjoying Cabarete. The house looks beautiful, and the host was super nice helping us out with many things. It is the best kept secret of Perla Marina, you can still enjoy the buzzing life of cabarete and retreat to a private oasis afterwards. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

A mi familia y a mí nos encantó este alojamiento. Consuelo es un increíble host, responde inmediatamente y es muy amable, sobre todo atenta. Su alojamiento nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es muy cómodo y privado, además la zona es súper tranquila. A resaltar, estaba impecablemente limpio, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Definitivamente, volveremos a este lugar. Gracias infinitas.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

Mesmerizing view & sound of crashing waves! We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful condo. The images you see are what you get. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen - all the gadgets and utensils you will need. It’s in a great, safe location. The grounds are manicured by a friendly staff. Water sport heaven. Communications were quickly responded to. We can’t wait until we return!

El departamento es ideal para quienes practican Kitesurf, se encuentra en un edificio en primera linea de playa. Considerar que el departamento se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor. La cocina electrica para hervir agua y cocinar es bastante lenta, te tomará tiempo. Sin embargo el horno eléctrico y el microondas son perfectos!

My stay at Michelle’s apartment was simply wonderful. From the very first moment, Michelle was responsive and friendly, making communication easy and pleasant. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and brand new, equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchenware. It was spotless, and the views of the surrounding nature were absolutely breathtaking. The location is peaceful, offering a perfect escape, and Cabrera as a whole is an amazing area to explore. With such a great host and a lovely place to stay, I highly recommend this to everyone. I would definitely return!
