This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

The house was lovely. A little hard to find but once there things like the pool and lush setting didn’t disappoint. Definitely don’t leave food out. There are bugs.

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of six. Beautiful view, within walking distance to everything in Cabarete. Luis was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed. I highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to going back.

Joel was very attentive, an extremely ideal and proactive service.❤️ Jerson, the manager, was a sun during the 2 nights and 3 days that my family and I were there. The place definitely doesn't do the photos justice, it's even better, super spacious and my family fit in very well (19 people) we had a very, very minor problem in relation to something simple and Jerson was very kind and not rude. Location 10/10, customer service 10/10, facilities 10/10. I hope to return soon!

Arlenne’s home was very beautiful and spacious! It was in a perfect location near beaches and local restaurants. We added the chef services and the food was delicious and they were super kind and helpful! Arlenne was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We definitely recommend Arlenne’s place!

Beautiful place to spend time as a family and a peaceful environment. Beautiful facilities that invite you to rest and enjoy nature (including harmless insects). Very well located, close to the attractions of Rio San Juan. Being a citadina, it is strange to have security personnel nearby, even if the place does not convey signs of insecurity. We had a timely response to requests during your stay. Very good lodging option!

What a gem of a week in the Dominican Republic with Riin! I had no idea what I was in for when I booked a week at her place. I cannot wait to go back. She was so proactive in picking me up from the airport, making me feel right at home, and sharing other areas to explore like her place up in Buen Hombre (Shhh... don't spoil it.) Beautiful design of the house and stunning views! Lots of space too, feels bigger than in the pictures! Very nice pool!

Stunning view and quiet for those who want to experience the beauty of the DR away from the resort life and off the beaten path. Rio San Juan was very close, with small convenience stores for necessities, a few small restaurants, and an authentic vibe. Beaches and lagoon nearby, and easy access to other towns, beaches, and natural areas in under 30 minutes of drive. Back to the view - absolutely breathtaking. The house was lovely, fresh and modern with cozy touches and art supplies, as well as games to play. Pool was perfect, and there were several areas outdoors to enjoy the weather and scenery. As beautiful as the nearby beaches were, we ended up spending half our time just relaxing "at home"! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful, with great suggestions and recommendations, as well as assistance when asked. Couldn't be better. It's a big world...but we hope to return to the Villa!

The accommodation is conveniently located, spacious and looks great.

This property is great for sharing with family and friends groups. Totally in wood, very well equipped and you can go 10 minutes by vehicle to Playa Caletón or move to other points of interest nearby. I would definitely come back. Jeanette is an excellent host.

I stayed one week here and the property is as it is featured in the listing. The hosts and locals are very friendly. I did not have any problems walking around the area. The location is in a country setting in the middle of farmland so you can easily enjoy a natural environment by walking five minutes away from the property. Because of its remote location the hosts will connect you with a local driver you can hire. This part of Cabrera is the most beautiful part of the country I have seen.

Ivelisse is an environmentally committed host and this is perfectly reflected in this beautiful property as it is completely dependent on solar energy. In this villa you will find one of the best views in the area, the pool is spotless. On the days when we stay, it is not necessary to use the air conditioning at night, since the temperature is very cool. The maintenance manager, Arismendi, is a very friendly and helpful person. Excellent place to go with the whole family, the beaches are very close, Caletón at 7 minutes, Cabrera at half an hour and Cabarete at 1. I hope to be back there soon.
