Close to Guédelon and the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the house is located in the heart of the village, opposite the Château du Fort and the Saint-Benoît church. The pretty enclosed garden will allow you to fully enjoy the house in all seasons. Take the opportunity to visit Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau castle, Ratilly castle, Boutissaint park, Toucy, Auxerre, Chablis, etc.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the docks, Place de la Mairie and the clock, on a quiet one-way street with little traffic. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
