Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

My family spent a magical weekend in Montenegro and this place provided the perfect base for that. We walked easily to the beach, restaurants and sites. Very friendly town with breath-taking views from the apartment.

Our hosts that we met are absolutely helpful and smiling. Their main priority: that their guests are at their best at home. For example, the first night we arrived we asked if there was a parasol for the terrace, negative answer. But the next morning they arrived with a new parasol bought within the hour. They answered any questions quickly. Useful tips: having a car is essential in our opinion. Well-insulated building. Beautiful view. All the necessary amenities and even more. We feel the generosity of their welcome. Well located while being set back from the city center. Near the airport without the nuisances (and we are very sensitive to noise) New and modern places. Well furnished with care THANK YOU for everything! We won't hesitate to come back.

We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I had a great stay at Stefan’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was quiet but still close enough to everything I needed. Stefan was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend this place!

Meri & Maya were very warm & welcoming hosts who remained in regular contact throughout our month’s stay & kindly provided several local recommendations. Their apartment very well situated in Orahovac, close to but not in Kotor, which is ideal as Kotor itself is now very busy with tourists, where Orahovac is peaceful and has its own little unspoilt beach and local restaurants. Meri’s on-site grocery store is invaluable, and both the apartment’s private terrace, and the large shared terrace with comfy new swings, are wonderful with views of water and mountains. The place itself is clean and well appointed, though for longer stays note that the kitchen is without an oven and microwave. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It was lovely to have a cleaner in every week as we were staying a whole month, & Meri generously topped up all household supplies. Overall, a wonderful stay - would love to return!

Excellent value for money, the location and view was amazing. We got this place specifically for the view and it was even better than we expected. It is situated just on the entrance of the old town and only a few minutes walk away from the main things. Host is excellent too, responsive and friendly with very clear instructions.

I stayed at milos’s place with my friends for 5 days and it was perfect! Everything from the check in process to the location (especially the view) to the cleanliness - all absolutely spotless and perfect! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting budva :)

Really lovely little apartment within walking distance of Tivat and within driving distance of all of Montenegro’s major attractions! Goriana’s sister was always on hand to help us out with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

It is a spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. A supermarket and bakery are a 1-minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants in the village. You can easily park in your own space. Igor responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

A great apartment to use as a base to explore Kotor and the surrounding area.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

I would like to thank them again for hosting me in their home. The house was nice in terms of location and the view was very good. The host responded quickly to my questions and was helpful. A place where I can stay if I come again.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Natacha is an amazing host! She shared so many great recommendations and provided us with detailed itineraries including directions and local gems. She is the best host we have ever had on Airbnb and hope we have the chance to go do it again! The apartment was perfect - both inside and out. The view and patio were outstanding.

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby dishes or other. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
