Treetop off grid eco cabin on the Black Isle, large french doors look out through the Scottish woodland, the cabin sleeps two in a very comfortable double bed, and has a large covered viewing deck. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas camping stove, pizza oven and table/ chairs. Being off grid there is no mains electric, lighting is provided through a mix of solar and battery lights. No running water, bottled water for drinking and washing is provided The cabin has a Woodburning stove.

Inverness is a vibrant area perfect for the beginning of the NC500.

The Shepherds Neuk
A cosy holiday Shepherd Hut for a couple. Due to the size of the Neuk I can only accept one small dog up to Spaniel size. Outside seating with a stream, an evening sun trap location. The Hut is accessible by a private gate, once through the gate you have your own private garden. A path leads up to the Shepherd Hut and inside has a King size bed, wood burning stove, Fridge, hob, well equipped Kitchen, Through the secret door is a bathroom with full electric shower, toilet and wash basin.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge
Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Relaxing stay in the Highland Countryside
Maranatha Cottage is a large semi-detached 2 bedroom bungalow situated 6 miles south of Inverness in the village of Daviot, just off the North Coast 500 in a scenic rural location. The cottage is on a working croft, where the collie can be seen working with the sheep, therefore no pets are allowed. Home baking, local eggs, and small welcome pack are provided on arrival. An ideal place for a quiet stay, but within 10 minutes drive from the city. Excellent wifi . Full licence granted

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
