Artisan Loft in Historic Five Points with Rustic Red Bricks

Explore Denver's art district, then climb the steel stairs to this eclectic loft where vintage charm meets steam-punk fashion. Portuguese-style patterned tiles blend seamlessly with a bottle top coffee table and industrial-chic lighting. This space was a family project (Steve, Lisa and Mick who are brothers and sister) – a carriage house built behind our 1900s house near downtown Denver. The building was designed to mimic older architecture to fit-in with the historic neighborhood. The interior was designed to carry that vintage charm inside with exposed brick and steam-punk fixtures and furniture to blend vintage and industrial design elements. We designed and built the structure including detail such as the black pipe chandelier, steel stair case and funky locker cabinets in the bathroom and bedrooms. Handcrafted items and collections from our family are displayed around the house. The carriage house is exclusively for guests so anything you see is available including food and drink. As much or as little as the guests desire. We will be helpful in answering any questions about the neighborhood and where to eat and drink. Historic Curtis Park is situated between two commercial corridors: Welton and Larimer (RiNo). There are plenty of restaurants, craft breweries, wineries, cideries, and dispensaries nearby. Take the A-Train from DIA to Blake and 38th Station. From there it's a 12-minute walk or a short Uber/Lyft ride. B-Cycle station nearby at 33rd and Araopahoe I'm new at this but my brother Mick hosts the "1880s Carriage House" across the street which is Colorado's Number one airbnb, so I'm getting hosting tips from him.

I enjoyed staying at this comfortable , clean, stylish studio. I was in Denver for a work conference and I was able to walk (about 25-30 minutes) downtown to the convention center. Enjoyed the beautiful park right across the street. There’s a walkable commercial strip with cool restaurants, a music venue and lots to explore.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our trip! The simplistic design of the room allowed us to feel right at home and had everything you could possible need for a short trip! We had our own entry into the space and it was very clean! Right across the street from a park and only a couple blocks away from downtown allowing us to walk or scooter to restaurants, stadiums, and shops! Jessica was a great host and we will definitely book with her again the next time we come to visit!

This place had everything we were looking for in a place to stay. The location was phenomenal, walkable, many places to check out in the neighborhood. The home was clean, bed was comfortable, nice sheets. However, there is a skylight above the bed. if you like a dark room for sleeping that may bother you. If you bring a sleep mask, that takes care of the light. A few more towels would be great and adding some washclothes. The home was the perfect size for two people. Would recommend for sure!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood about a 15-minute drive / scooter ride from the the Denver convention center, which made it super convenient for my trip. The bed was especially comfortable—great pillows and cozy linens, which I always appreciate after long days. Everything was clean and well-kept, and overall it felt like a really solid value. I’d absolutely stay here again!
