Holiday rentals with a fire pit in River Spey

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at StoneHous! The location is spectacular - peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. We really appreciated the huge basket of logs, making for cosy nights in front of the wood burner. The essentials were all clean and in good working order, and it was easy to settle in and feel at home. Overall, a lovely place in a stunning setting.

We absolutely loved our stay. Lovely comfy beds and a really homely feel about the cottage. We seen a red squirrel in the garden and lots of stags just outside crossing the river. We had dinner at the Fife Arms just along thr road and had a lovely walk too. Lovely friendly host too. Thanks Team Barbarella Beets

The house is very well maintained and comfortable. We could see sheeps and chickens around the farm. We met Iain on our second night and he explained the history of the house, especially the Aga in the kitchen. It’s a very interesting conception and we’ve never seen anything like that before. He invited the children to feed the sheep but we couldn’t make it back in time for the feeding. He also recommended a beautiful small town Beauly which was about 20 minutes drive from the house. We were glad that we went. We truly enjoyed our stay and wished that we could stay longer. It was the best among all the other places we’ve stayed at so far.

Absolutely stunning property with picture perfect setting. Very comfortable beds, lots of games and books kept our family busy. Lovely walks from the doorstep. A dip in the hot tub with the amazing river view is a must! Recommend brunch at Nethy House Cafe nearby. Landmark adventure park is excellent too and not far. Great hosting by Lara. Beautiful cottage. Would definitely recommend and come back

We had a great few days at Catherine’s lovely place by Loch Rannoch. So peaceful and quiet! Great views over the loch and good local trails for walking, running and gravel biking. Will definitely be on the list for a return visit!

Lovely cottage, cosy, clean and tidy, nice area with local farm shop and great cafe. Good walks nearby and easy to drive to activities.

This is a splendid home. Spacious, clean, historic, great location.

Simon has a gorgeous air bnb with a great price range. Only a 5 minute drive from Inverness retail park and about a 10/15 minute drive from town. If needing anything you might have forgot there is a wee coop just up the road. This was the cleanest and freshest smelling air bnb I have ever stayed in and hope to be back in future! Also the bed is super comfy and soft and to prove that we actually slept in today 😅

A beautiful view outside and a great experience in the home!

Perfect location. Accommodation was very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Access to the secure garden was ideal with the kids. The house was spotless. What an amazing place! Keeping the beauty of such a historical building felt like we were stepping back in time. Lots of room for all 6 of us and especially appreciated the kitchen . In a great location to explore the outdoors . Beautiful location! We loved the place and had an amazing time! Loved the amenities especially the pool. The beauty and peacefulness of the place is hard to describe.

Angela's place in Findhorn is simply beautiful and we had everything we needed from the amazing location, to the accommodation itself being exactly as advertised to the way the apartment is decorated and furnished. Angela made everything very easy for us; it is true, she does reply within 1 hour and we felt so welcome when we arrived. The fire was lit, there was prosecco chilling and the lamps we already on. The bay in Findhorn is stunning and the apartment is right on the sea front. It's a short walk to the sandy part of the bay to see the seals and there is a lovely pub, The Kimberley, no more than 100 metres up the road. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend Angela's place and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Findhorn. Thank you again.

A really warm welcome from Liz, enjoyed the wine, scones, bread and beer! Tanar View was clean, well equipped and great touches all round, the log burner gave a really cosy feel. Fantastic walks all around will be back for another visit.

We had a wonderful week at Lorna’s lodge. The weather was favourable, and it was the ideal escape from city life, letting us truly relax and feel at home. Our dogs had a blast on the walks and loved swimming in the Spey. The lodge’s peaceful location was just what we needed,Highly recommend.

We had the loveliest time at the cabin. The place was as clean as can be and had everything we needed. The view is phenomenal and there are loads of little birds flying around which makes it even better to just sit back, watch and enjoy. Lindsay thought of literally everything which makes this place a 10/10. Would absolutely come back here!

Highly recommend!! Beautiful lodges in a stunning location. Close to lots of tourist attractions. We loved watching the animals from the lodge and from the hot tub! We stayed with our son who loved exploring

We absolutely loved our 2 nights stay at Blackbirds. Surrounded by the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. The cabin was immaculate and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the company of the chickens who were very inquisitive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area and our only complaint is that we didn't stay for longer!

A lovely comfortable and welcoming place to stay, especially for day trips to near by sites and points of interest . The most peaceful and AMAZING views out the lovely wine does!!!! Cozy large couch for relaxing in the evenings , outside sitting area, black out curtains , towel warmer in the bathroom, and Directions were great! It was very close to Inverness City Center, & so so many points of interest 20-30 minutes away. LOVED IT.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!
