Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in River Spey

Die Wohnung von Alison ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig in der Umgebung, direkt am River Ness und zentral zum Zentrum. 5 Minuten Fußweg und man ist in der City. Wer zum ersten Mal eine Wohnung in Inverness sucht, kann hier auf jeden Fall hinfahren. Die Urlauber, die schon hier waren, würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The Drumossie Bothy sounds like a very small basic Air B&B. It is not. It is a spacious very well equipped extension to the House that Helen lives in. A large kitchen area, a good sized shower room and toilet and a large living and sleeping area plus a room with a washer and dryer. Outside is a private patio with open outlook and a log burner fired hot tub. There is also a picnic table for outdoor eating. We could not find anything that let Drumossie Bothy down apart from the mattress in the bed which we found too soft for our liking but which may well suit others. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and met Helen and her husband who were good fun and great to talk to even providing a clutch of duck eggs for our consumption. When we arrived the Bothy was equipped with everything we needed for our first breakfast and some of it lasted for four days. The location of the Bothy provides you with a panoramic view over the fields to the Moray coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It provided a great base for us to explore the area and was close to the shops. The bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend this place to future guests.

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

Total empfehlenswert! Genialer Standort, weil es sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral liegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Wunderschöne Dusche. Praktischer Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe.

This was a very cosy base to explore Inverness. Very central but quiet with everything needed for a lovely stay.

Freda’s place is ideal for a couple for a short stay: clean and comfortable, and a good place from which to drive into Inverness and visit Pictish sites. Freda had given us clear instructions on how to access the property and she also came out to welcome us when we arrived. We chatted to both Freda and her husband whilst we were there and they are friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated that eggs, bread and milk had been left for us to make breakfast and there were recommendations for local places to eat .

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while we explored Inverness and the area. It was a great base for day trips around Loch Ness and Culloden. It was small, but had everything we needed. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. There is a large Tesco about a five minute walk away. We went to the Highland Malt Whisky Experience at MacGregor’s (walking distance) - highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay. Lovely comfy beds and a really homely feel about the cottage. We seen a red squirrel in the garden and lots of stags just outside crossing the river. We had dinner at the Fife Arms just along thr road and had a lovely walk too. Lovely friendly host too. Thanks Team Barbarella Beets

Willie’s house is really perfect for a cosy time in very beautiful surroundings. the kitchen has everything you need in a well deigned space the woodburner is a lovely focal point in the evening. The heated bathroom floors were lovely and everything was clean and in order. i definitely hope to be back

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and everything was exactly as described. We were traveling with elderly family members, and the home was very accessible and comfortable for them. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely come again!

Sheila’s place is beautiful, clean and very close to all amenities. Sheila was very helpful and took time to show us the house etc. Sheila is always responsive. The house is nice and the decor was amazing. We cannot thank enough to Sheila for making our stay lovely and comfortable.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Es war schön, bei Sonne im Garten zu sitzen (Vorschlag: Liegestühle im Shed bereitstellen). Einziger kleiner Nachteil: im Juni liess die Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern etwas zu wünschen übrig. Anreise mit Auto ist von Vorteil, da zu Fuss etwas weit weg vom Zentrum.

Caroline’s house is a very nice and pleasant house where to stay for a Highland vacation. Plenty of space, home is warm and very well equipped, and Caroline is very helpful to her guests. I would definitely recommend if you would like to visit Inverness and around, also to enjoy golf as we did.

This is a lovely and spacious cottage with an amazing location! The small village is very relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for. There are so many different types of landscapes to hike around very close by, marshes, lakes, forests, rocky mountains, heather fields, grassy pastures... The house has A Lot of helpful maps and brochures to pick the perfect route (with options for all abilities) if you have not come prepared. The location is very convenient as in 15-20 min you can reach the main motorway that cuts through the Highlands. It's only a bit more than an hour away from Inverness and about two hours away from Glencoe. Though with the national park at your doorstep you are already spoiled for choice and don't need to go far to enjoy some of the best landscapes in Scotland. Bridie was attentive and easy-going. She provided clear instructions and a lot of suggestions for local activities and amenities. We wish we could live in the cottage forever 😊

The Hideaway is wonderful. It had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Even some thick bathrobes for the jacuzzi. Wifi was excellent and everything easy to operate.

Wonderful place right near everything in the city. The home was so comfortable - Lilia and Ewen thought of everything! We really appreciated all the little details, from the welcome coffee and fresh milk in the fridge, to the numerous usb outlets and manuals that explained how to work everything. The space was clean, tastefully decorated, extremely well appointed, with everything in good working order. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Amazing Place was just that. It had everything we could possible need for a multi-day stay in the area and more. We had an accident with leftover Indian food leaking onto the upholstery of our rented car and lo and behold, there was upholstery cleaner underneath the kitchen sink!! The apartment is very quiet. It has no shared walls with any neighbours, other than the upstairs one, and we rarely heard them. We appreciated that we could do some lovely walks right from the property, without having to always drive. And we appreciated that the whole of Aviemore was within easy walking distance, including the two grocery stores. We stayed in this same complex six years ago so were happy to find Barry’s Amazing Place for this visit.

Nice stay for one night as we were passing through town. Comfortable for my family of 4. Easy to get in and we drove into town for dinner and breakfast.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, great value, as close to the plethora if shops, cafes and restaurants as you need to be, easy access to hills, rivers and lochs for great walking. Perfect for our first trip to the Cairngorms.

L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement propre. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas d’un espace pour promener le chien et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. C’est un pied-à-terre parfait pour séjourner quelques jours et découvrir les environs d’Inverness. Jill est une hôte réactive et attentionnée

Good spot at a very reasonable price. Place was clean and sufficed for one night, though it was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults. Location was decent but a bit of a walk from the center of Inverness (maybe 15-20 minutes). Overall would stay again and had no issues.

Very cute apartment that had everything we needed and as a bonus, there is a little grocery/convenience store within walking distance. Alistair was always quick to respond. We stayed here a few nights at the end of our wonderful trip to Scotland, due to its proximity to the airport.

Unterkunft, Lage und Kommunikation mit Paul war sehr gut. Alle Informationen waren präzise. Die Wohnung selbst war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick einfach toll. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und hatten zwei tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Ich würde wieder hier buchen.
