Holiday rentals with beach access in Riverhead

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in late May. The complimentary beach pass parking is nice, would love to have been here in the summertime. Cozy bed and very clean place. TV has all the apps. Food in the area was a bit hit or miss but I suppose it is the Hamptons.

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

I love this place. Perfect but what we were looking for. Walking distance to access beach. Overlooking the pier. Very clean and check in with.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Bridget was very welcoming and a great host! This was one of the best stays we have had in an AirBnB and were amazed at all the thoughtful extras on hand. From the handwritten welcome note and snacks to the “if you forgot” like extra toothbrushes. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this space again.

The beach house was perfect, just as described. It was clean and very homely, in a lovely location. Natasha was a great host from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking for a place to stay in Patchogue. Many thanks Natasha

We had an event nearby and Brian’s place was a great base for us. Lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Brian was super responsive and reached out to us when the house was ready(before the official check-in time). Would def recommend to anyone!

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

This stay was truly beyond incredible—it far exceeded all of my expectations! The house was not only stunning and beautifully decorated, but it also had such a warm and inviting feel the moment I walked in. It was spotless, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the serene back deck overlooking the canal—such a peaceful, calming space that made it easy to relax and unwind. I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful time at Nathalia’s beautiful home for our couple’s weekend getaway. The house is thoughtfully renovated with stylish finishes, comfortable spaces, and plenty of room to relax and connect. It’s clear a lot of love went into making the space welcoming and cozy. Nathalia was a responsive and gracious host throughout the entire process. Communication was easy, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

I cannot say enough good things about Michael's place. He was amazingly responsive and incredibly generous in how well-equipped the space is - everything is luxurious and the fridge is stocked! For as nice as it looks in the photos, it is even larger, brighter and more welcoming in person.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
