Come rest up in our private, cozy, and eclectic 3rd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on Union St in Schenectady. I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests. No pets. Due to allergies, we have an authorized exemption to service animals being allowed on the property. Search "accessibility policy" for more info.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Towpath Landing is a collection of 19 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. 1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Loads of character including shiplap siding on walls and ceiling, and old wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.
