Exclusive pool, garden, extraordinary view

Casa Melograno is a beautifully renovated stone rustic. To get to the house there is an uphill road not suitable for lowered cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The pool has a wooden terrace and pergola, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Complete the whole Tuscan decor with stone walls chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms1, with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.

I Tre Abeti Gipsy Home, Cinque Terre & Relaxation

The Gipsy Home (or Carrozzone Gitano) is a small apartment entirely built by hand in wood, equipped with every essential comfort. Immersed in the greenery of our private structure with swimming pool and barbecue, you will stay in a surreal atmosphere where relax will act as sovereign. You will have a kitchen equipped with a stove and fridge, a fantastic large bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. There will be a LED TV and air conditioning.

The little house in the garden

It is a little house with two rooms: a living room with the kitchen and a double bed sleeping couch and a double bedroom; there is the bathroom with the shower and a bidet. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have a TV with satellite reception, a wi- fi, heating and air-conditioning; the huge garden surrounds the house, one can use the beach loungers and the barbeque. There is a private parking space.

The chalet is equipped with both heating and air conditioning, has a private pool and absolute privacy. Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.
