Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

El departamento está increíble ! Tiene una vista espectacular, las amenidades increíbles (que te ha una alberca privada es delicioso) la verdad nunca nos habíamos quedado en esa zona y nos encantó! Está muy cerca de la zona romántica y en centro ! Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí sin duda

Un lugar muy cerca del centro de Sayulita en la calle principal. Coinciden las amenidades que con lo que anuncian y es buen lugar para descansar. Ellos siempre están al tanto de lo que necesitas y el hecho de que tenga estacionamiento es muy funcional y práctico.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

By far one of my favorite places I have stayed at! Beautifully decorated, amazing view from your bed, living room, or the spacious balcony, especially in the morning when the sun rises over the mountain. I loved waking up early, making myself a coffee, and watching the sunrise. The absolute best way to start your day. Carlos was amazing, very responsive, and always here to help. The condo is located up on a hill, which didn’t bother me and ensures that the noise of the town doesn’t keep you up at night. Generally speaking, it is quiet and peaceful, which is hard to find in Sayulita. Very happy I found this place, I’ll be back!

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.

Amazing views from the apartment! Very close to the center of San pancho but just far enough away to get some quiet. The pool was a great bonus and access to the beach is unmatched. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

5 Stars! This stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The utilities were great, and the shared pool and hot tub were such a treat—especially with the beach just steps away! The building has a warm, grounded, and family-oriented vibe. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, making the community feel very welcoming. The view from the place was stunning, and check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. San Pancho is such a beautiful beach town—charming, peaceful, and full of character. I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone visiting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excelente alojamiento en el corazón de Sayulita. Magnífica relación precio-calidad. Todo queda a la mano: restaurantes, bares, comercios, etc. Quizá un punto a considerar es la cantidad de ruido (natural por la ubicación y sobre todo en fines de semana) para aquellos que buscan un lugar silencioso. Jordi siempre está al pendiente. La terraza es más amplia de lo que se ve y las personas de los locales cercanos son muy amables. Recomiendo el alojamiento ampliamente y definitivamente volvería.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

The view is amazing! It was really nice to be away from the noise of the busy streets. Dixon did an amzaing job hosting. He gave great instructions from the very beginning as well as great recommendations. The apartment was clean comfortable and had great A/C. The pool was not used by anyone while we were there, other than us, but was clean and a great fresher after a day walking through town. The apartment was great for our short stay. There were plenty of places to eat close by. There are stairs that can take you down to the malecon/ocean, just bring your walking shoes. Make sure to stop by the hideout amd grab a boozy pop! We would stay here again hands down!

This place was Amazing with amazing views. Beautiful apartment. Place is as described and the pictures are accurate. 5 min Cab ride away from the beach. Maraya was friendly and easy to communicate with. The infinity pool view and sunset was ❤️❤️❤️. Will stay here again

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful stay here! This condo is in the most perfect location you could ask for. All the best food and bars are within a block or two of this building, with the beach only a few blocks away. The unit itself was spacious and beautiful. You can’t beat the living room balcony view! We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. David’s kitchen was extremely well stocked with all seasonings and utensils you could possibly need and then some. The bed was also extremely comfortable. In coming to PV for 30 years, I typically find the mattresses a bit too firm for my liking here but this one was perfect. Can’t wait to come back here!

Peter and Leo's place was perfect, the pictures don't do it justice. They have thought of everything you could possible need for your stay in their place. We would highly recommend it! the views from the balcony are stunning!

Really nice and clean place. You feel right at home with an amazing view of the city. Definitely recommend staying there again. Friendly and responsive host as well.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!

A restaurant in the building is really needed. Having to go to the store and purchase groceries to cook gets old. A restaurant for breakfast light lunch and a beer would really encourage me to come back.
