You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

Relax with the whole family at this chic & cozy corner of greenery. Overlooked by a net on the mezzanine, this atypical space will allow you to chill with a book & watch the children play after a tour in the Spa located under the courtyard. The greenway is at the bottom of the enclosure, which allows for beautiful bike and walking tours. Chinon is 4.5 km away, Tours is 40 minutes away, Saumur is 30 minutes away… Not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps, stairs...)

The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

2-room apartment, refurbished, 40 m², in the historic city center of Chinon, overlooking Place Jeanne d'Arc, not overlooked. The apartment has a nice ceiling height, it is located on the 1st and top floor, so it is quiet. Free parking on the square at the foot of the apartment. Bakery, pharmacy, banks and cafes-restaurants are at the foot of the building. The quays of the Vienne are right in front, within a 2-minute walk. The accommodation is non-smoking.
