Sur les hauteurs de Sainte-Luce pour profiter du soleil mais également de la fraîcheur des sommets. La villa est fonctionnelle pour l'accueil d'un groupe ou une famille avec ses 3 chambres climatisées 2 salles de bain. La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.
