Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

This is a cozy country house, just 20 meters from the sea and located in the countryside, coastal road between Ligia and Rock. It stands out for its infinite view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while just across the road Paxi-Antigisi. Tranquility resides, shaken only by the swell of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, and it is surrounded by a cluster of beaches that is more social than Lucha's most socialite.
