The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Charming studio, independent, air-conditioned

Independent studio in small property with self check-in. Amenities: Microwave, Tassimo, kettle, fridge, WiFi, air conditioning... The sleeping area is in an attic mezzanine, with a double bed with quality bedding. This 6.2 m² night space has a height of 1.3 m at the highest, you will have to duck. Great location: - 10-minute walk to the gendarmerie examination center - Sathonay station 500 m away, (Part-Dieu in 8 minutes) - Bus stop line 9 at 600 m, (35 minutes from Lyon city center)

Cottage with terrace in lush greenery

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin, 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet 35 m2 outdoor terrace. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays.

Moonstone

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of nature

This peaceful haven in the middle of nature is ideal for a relaxing stay with family. Nestled on the heights of Couzon-au-Mont-d'Or, just 10 km from Lyon, it offers breathtaking views of the Val de Saône and direct access to hiking trails. Just a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Saône, you can enjoy a natural setting while staying close to the city. For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

Charming renovated apartment, 15 min from Lyon

Warm, elegant and perfectly equipped, ideal apartment for working as well as relaxing. Ideally located 15 minutes by train from Perrache train station and 5 minutes' walk from bus lines to the city center or Vaise, it is located opposite the banks of the Saône, perfect for beautiful walks, and will appeal to cyclists thanks to the proximity of the Voie Bleue leading directly to Lyon. Nature lovers will enjoy many hikes in a quiet and rejuvenating setting.

Nature, pool, sauna, gym.

In the Monts d'Or, a natural area 15 min from Lyon, independent accommodation into the villa where we are living. Private terrace and access gym and sauna by reservation. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 5:30pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

The High Ground

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it has a wide and unobstructed view of the Monts d'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes by the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

One step away from the Célestins theater in the heart of the peninsula in a quiet and warm area, this 50 m2 cocoon will bring you all the comfort, safety and tranquility in a sober and chic atmosphere for this completely new and equipped accommodation! 15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
