Inside, large windows fill the home with natural light and frame serene lake views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. The open living area is ideal for gathering, featuring a cozy electric fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV for movie nights or streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Additional Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and loft, along with board games, DVDs, and high-speed WiFi, ensure entertainment for all ages. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh beachwear and towels during your stay. Thoughtful extras make this home especially guest-friendly, including two adult bikes and two children’s bikes with helmets, along with a full collection of beach gear such as chairs, boogie boards, a skimboard, and sand toys. The lake is sticked with fish. The lake is available for swimming, kayaking, SUP, and any water activities you may want to enjoy. Beyond the home, the location truly shines. This newly renovated house is only a two minute walk to the beach, and a three minute walk to stores & restaurants. Lakes are nearby as well. No smoking is allowed on the premise. A small and well behaved pet is welcome (to make sure that we prepare the rooms/beds correctly, please book for all your guests and your pet in you group)
