This is very much a budget home listing suitable for those visiting family, short term workers to town and holiday travellers who are independent and not too fussy. This is a private residence not a commercial bed and breakfast and we have been popular as a low cost alternative to expensive hotels. PLEASE NOTE I do not offer EARLY Check-in. Our home is located in downtown Bandon, the gateway to West Cork. Just a short 5 minute walk to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants and bars. Bandon is only a 15 min drive to Kinsale, Clonakilty and to Harbour View Beach and Timoleague on the Wild Atlantic Way. Cork City and Airport are only a 25 minute drive away and public transport links are very regular to Cork City and all surrounding towns. There is no better centrally located accommodation than here to explore the county of Cork.

Spruce Lodge is located in Bandon also known as"The Gateway to West Cork" a perfect base for exploring The Wild Atlantic Way.We are nestled in the scenic historical area known as Killountain 2.5Km from the town centre which boasts Castle Bernard Estate & Bandon Golf Club as our neighbours.A perfect tranquil setting with golf,tennis & angling within walking distance.We are 20min. from Cork Airport and less than half an hour from some amazing beaches & beautiful towns such as Kinsale & Clonakilty

Cozy Cabin in our garden

We have a cozy guest cabin in our garden. It is situated behind our cottage We live roughly 4 miles outside Kinsale in a charming rural area. All narrow roads. It is very relaxing, a perfect place to chill, while being 10 minutes drive from the tourist town. We always hope that the weather is kind. In some cases, people like to light the stove. We usually leave 2x Firelogs , and if there is a requirement for more , they can be purchased in LIDL Note: There is no public transport from Kinsale

This is a beautiful recently renovated courtyard cottage (adults only) offering luxury accommodation with beautiful views over the gardens, lake, pool and a wooded valley, just a short drive from Clonakilty. It has been lovingly decorated to a very high standard. The courtyard is accessed by an archway. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (01 May-01 Oct) and a sauna & hot tub (01 Oct-01 May). Guests have access to the gardens for strolls and picnics and there is a tennis court.

This recently renovated Gate Lodge 500 m from the Wild Atlantic Way, Kinsale 20min east and Clonakilty 20min West. 40 mins from Cork Airport. This area boasts beautiful beaches, forest walks, fishing, birdwatching and the famous Seven Heads Walk. Ballinspittle is a short drive with a unique gift shop, deli and cafe. Rebecca"s farm shop and cafe is a 5 minute walk. Vibrant farmers markets and the many restaurants in this area celebrate the wonderful local produce from land and sea.

Located on the Wild Atlantic Way 20 mins drive to Kinsale and Clonakilty, perched above the beautiful Harbour view beach a short walk away, Garrestown beach Howe strand,Coolmain beach are all within a 10min drive ,Cork city is 45 min drive. Kilbrittain village is a 5 min drive with beautiful walks and woods , this area is surrounded by fabulous restaurants with The Pink Elephant a short walk away , there are beautiful views across the bay and out towards the Old head of Kinsale
