Recently installed solar with battery ensures the cottage not only generates surplus power for the grid, but also maens power outages (v rare) are catered for. Have a wine and enjoy the beautiful view from the deck at the front of our property. Please note the sea view is not directly outside the cottage door. It is from the front of the house which you have full access to. 10min walk downhill to the beautiful Palm Beach. 20min walk uphill return. 10min walk to bus stop.
