Further North is Sandlake, which is a great place to watch wildlife, but also has dunes for ATV/Motorcycle/4x4 riding, and a little further Cape lookout offers great hikes and surfing. The little town of Pacific City is where you can explore Cape Kiwanda tide pools and dunes, catch some waves, go horse back riding on the beach, take a dory boat out and enjoy deep sea fishing, eat out at the award winning Pelican Pub or Grateful Bread restaurant. Drive 25 mins north to see the world famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. Enjoy a factory tour and of course their amazing variety of cheese and ice cream. 30 mins south is Lincoln City, where there is the Outlet Mall with premium stores, kite flying, one of the best skate parks in Oregon, beach front restaurants, Barnacle Bill's Seafood market where you can get fresh fish and chips, antique shops, and Chinook Winds Casino. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. A total of 8 people can be in the house. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. It's great for families who wish to explore this destination city. Entire home Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away. The townhouse is located in the lower Queen Anne area, walking distance to a plethora of Seattle's most popular destinations. From tourist attractions to waterfront parks, local shops, bars, and cafes, there is a lot to explore on foot. This townhouse home is near expressway I-99, which is very convenient if you have a car. If not, public transportation is also easily accessible from this home. Of course, Uber and Lyft drivers are also abundant throughout Seattle. Public transportation and Zip Cars are a couple of blocks away. At home entertainment with Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon TV. Ultrafast wifi! There is one designated, compact parking space that will fit a compact or midsize car. If you have a larger car or have difficulties with parking in narrow spaces, we advise that you park on the street which is free.

Super clean and ready for guests! Recently updated with hardwood floors. This place is perfect and will feel like your own! I love giving my guests the 5 star treatment. If you have a larger party I have a unit next door as well. So you could have a party of up to 8 all in the same area. Just message me for anything- I can usually accommodate! Pool as well as beach access right out back! *pool closes October 15th for the winter* I'm always available via the air bnb app. I'm extremely responsive and I try to accommodate most requests. Nye Beach is one of the Oregon Coast's hidden gems, featuring lots of local attractions. Swim, surf, and kayak and play on the beach, or spend time exploring the historic Bayfront area or Oregon Coast Aquarium. Bring your bikes and cruise up the the Yaquina Bay bridge and over to the Bayfront or just drive. You can walk to all the restaurants shops in Nye Beach. There is some great food just a block away. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. There are no pets. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs.
