The location boasts excellent access for recreation on Tug Hill, and we’re situated nicely to enjoy all the other great outdoor recreational activities that Northern NY state offers, including the Adirondack mountains, Lake Ontario, and the 1000 Islands areas. The snowmobile trail directly across the road, takes you straight into Barnes Corners and onto the trail network, yet we’re only 5 minutes off I81. Ride from the property!

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room. We call it the collie cottage after our beautiful Collie dog and our love for the breed.
