Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vikedal. This was, without doubt, one of the most pleasant vacations we ever spent. Not only because of the location and surroundings, but also because of your friendly and warm welcome.

The fjordhouse is a lovely old house from where it's great to explore the surrounding area. The house has all you need and is furnished in a really nice way 😃

Amazing! Stunning, one of the most tranquil and dramatic locations for an Airbnb. The walk to and from the cabin took us about 2.5 hours with a mixture of woodland, meadows and rocky terrain. The cabin was perfect, spotless and comfortable with fresh water in the fridge on arrival. The main shared cabin was clean and had everything we needed. There was a relatively large group staying in the main cabin but everyone was very friendly and there was no issue with the shared communal spaces. An amazing experience and Reidunn was the perfect host.

We had a great time in the cabin of Heidi and Tor Arne. It is beautifully located and has a great hiking trail next to it. The cabin is nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. The communication was very friendly and Heidi's recommendations for activities in the neighborhood were great. We can highly recommend this cabin.

Marit Irene is a sweet host, with good communication and thoughtful. She showed us around the farm and we were lucky to see some new born lambs. The cabin is very cozy and has the Norwegian style. You can find everything you need :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderhübschen Haus auf dem Hügel, da das Wetter nicht so gut war, sind wir froh gewesen, in einem so schönen, komfortablen und großzügigem Haus wohnen zu dürfen. Anders hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hat uns immer seine Hilfe angeboten! Vielen lieben Dank! Danke auch für den leckeren Willkommensgruß von Dagrunn, wir waren alle begeistert. Die Gegend war sehr ansprechend, wir waren oft am Meer und haben Krabben gesucht und geangelt, die Wanderung in die Berge war auch atemberaubend. Vom Haus aus, war alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar oder über kurze Strecken mit dem Auto. Die Ruhe und die Landschaft haben wir sehr genossen. Für unsere Kinder war es auf dem Grundstück von Anders und Dagrunn sehr schön, super zum Herumstromern, an der Quelle spielen, auf dem Trampolin hüpfen! Wir sind froh, dass wir Anders und Dagrunns Ferienhaus hier auf AirBnB gefunden haben, wir hätten es nicht besser haben können!

Our group loved the place! We felt at home. It was peaceful, but at the same time we were offered to use some amenities in the area. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, stunning views, and unique. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, and to use as a base for great hiking nearby. Nils was very responsive and helpful.

I loved my stay at the house. An idyllic village, lots of beautiful hiking opportunities. Easy access by car, and not too far from towns with larger stores. Great amenities with high speed internet, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good pressure in the shower. The place has a really nice wood deck at the back, to soak in the sun.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes modernes Haus, in dem es an wirklich nichts fehlt. Spektakulär die Lage: absolut ruhig mit gigantischem Blick aufs Meer und die Inseln. Super freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Krásná příroda, zvířátka, vyžití pro děti, trampolína, houpačky, hračky, přátelští hostitelé. Plně vybavená kuchyň. Terasa s grilem v soukromé zahradě. Skvělé na rodinnou dovolenou.

Herlig sted som anbefales! Beliggenheten var fredelig og nydelig, godt utstyrt hus med sjel, rent og pent og mange tilgjengelige aktiviteter for barna, både ute og inne. Hjelpsom og hyggelig vert. Her kommer vi veldig gjerne tilbake.

I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was a perfect location to enjoy a little bit of a quieter pace between visiting the bigger cities, and also allowed us to share space with my parents while we all checked out some local family heritage sites. The home was amazing - beautifully appointed and gorgeously decorated, it felt very special with its blend of modern design and historic charm. We enjoyed use of the bikes and being able to walk to town for get some yummy bakery items for breakfasts. The kitchen and ample seating for eating and relaxing made it a great location for a larger family group to gather and enjoy each other and our beautiful surroundings!

Veldig sjarmerende sted, i nydelige omgivelser! Det var rent og ryddig, og vi følte oss ekstra velkommen da det lå rundstykker og kaffe til oss ved ankomst. Huset og hagen egnet seg også veldig godt for små barn. Perfekt i vårt tilfelle!

Kjempe hyggelig langhelg med familie - flott hytte og landlige omgivelser. Kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang - takk!

Vi har hatt et flott opphold, med sol hver dag. Vinden har gitt oss storm i kastene, noe som er magisk her med storhavet rett ut. Sykkelen så vel som beina ble brukt til å oppleve nærområdet -vakre strender, natur, firbente innfødte og mye spennende lokal historie. Drivhuset ga oss mange flotte stunder. En herlig opplevelse samlet sett. Anbefales på det varmeste. Vi stortrivdes, takk for oss.

Perfekt for en sommerferie for vår familie på 6. Vakker utsikt, deilig hage og alt man trenger. Spennende gårdsbutikk også, rett ved siden av. Anbefales!! 😃

An amazing location. Anne is very sweet and good to communicate with. The island is incredibly peaceful and everyone on it is super friendly. We had an amazing time here. Anne’s place really felt like home.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold – virkelig et perfekt feriested for familien vår. Området var utrolig fredelig og stille, og vi elsket å være omgitt av dyr – hestene og lammene gjorde opplevelsen enda mer spesiell. Utsikten var helt nydelig, og huset var alt vi trengte for en morsom og komfortabel familieferie. Verten var veldig imøtekommende og lett å kommunisere med – alltid tilgjengelig for spørsmål og hjelpsom om det skulle være noe. Vi satte stor pris på at vi ble oppfordret til å si ifra hvis vi trengte noe ekstra under oppholdet. Det ga en ekstra trygg og velkommen følelse. Turen på åtte timer fra Oslo var absolutt verdt det – vi kunne ikke bedt om en bedre plass å tilbringe ferien. Alt i alt et femstjerners opphold – skal gjerne komme tilbake!

Det er alltid hyggelig å reservere leilighet hos Margareth. Hun er veldig imøtekommende og passer på at ingenting mangler. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Absolutely perfect stay at Turid’s place. Probably the warmest welcome had in an Airbnb. We literally felt at home the moment we stepped in. Turid has been b’very helpful will local recommendation for short walk (with small kids), nearby beaches etc. As we love cooking we were delighted to have complete kitchen with all amenities (and even more). And the view ! Even more stunning than the photos. Absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset !

Hadde ett flott opphold:) Alt nødvendig utstyr var på plass. 10 min til nydelige Haugaland golfbane, hvor vi tilbrakte mesteparten av tiden. Anbefales!
