Holiday rentals with beach access in Rohrbach District

I came to Austria/Linz for a temporary work assignment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment: -The host/hostess was responsive. -The location was excellent, offering a great view of the Danube river. I could simply step out and walk along the river to relax. -The apartment was spacious and functional. Although it was old, everything worked fine, so I have no complaints. -The heating system worked great. -There was no shower in the bathroom, but there was a huge bathtub where I could relax and take a bath. -My only issue was with the WiFi signal, which was not the best. I had to use my phone for important meetings. Overall, I would definitely come back if I have to stay in Linz again, and I would highly recommend this apartment

Franz's apartment is very comfortable and in a very convenient location, including being next to a corner shop that even opens on on Sundays. Traffic noise wasn't an issue with the windows closed. Franz was a great host and very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay.

Geweldige locatie, alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Veilige plek voor de fietsen, waar we heel blij mee waren. Prima communicatie met Marlies. Op fiets/ loopafstand van alle Linz attracties. Omdat het erg warm was wilden we de ramen open, daardoor heel veel herrie van de straat. Met de ramen dicht was dat geen probleem.

Wir sind für eine Woche hier gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr großzügig, ausgefallen und komfortabel ausgestattet mit einem schönen Blick auf die Donau. Alles in der Wohnung ist weitgehend selbsterklärend. Modern und klar in einem alten Gemäuer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, alle wichtigen Dinge sind im Ort leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Margarete und Lorenz haben schnell reagiert, wenn es Nachfragen gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
