The apartment leads directly into the garden. There you will find a large swimming pool, large lawns for relaxing and playing and a trampoline for big jumps. Many leisure options and swimming lakes are at your doorstep!

Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor, where our lovingly furnished apartment is located.
