The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers.
