My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the apartment balcony is great!The pool is in front of it and the street to cross before you hit the sandy beach, but you can still hear the waves which was very relaxing! The host uses a property management company to directly handle everything; I have had mixed experiences with these before but KeyStay was great and on-site admin were extremely responsive and immediately came when we had an AC issue (which was more user error with the settings than an actual malfunction of the unit). The parking is convenient, makes it easy to drive to Constanța and further along the Mamaia strip that are a bit far to walk. The amenities of this building are also great and as pictured; we enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, and the sauna and indoor hot tub on the roof were a great bonus when we had a chilly day and couldn't enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation close to the Mamaia action and still relaxing!

Hemos pasado unos días impresionantes, todo cercano , edificio con vistas buenas vistas. Limpio, cerca de parada de bus y metro . Cerca de restaurantes magníficos y arte . Todo genial. Repetiría. Gracias Alexandru.

Am avut o sedere de o seara spontana foarte placuta, gazda a raspuns foarte repede si am intrat fara probleme 🥰 Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat si smart, lumini, muzica, intrarea in bloc/apartament. Totul foarte curat, 3 dormitoare cu paturi mari, vedere catre mare si distanta mica de plaja (sub 5 min).

Квартира добра, особливо сподобався балкон, він величезний і світлий з гамаком. ми проживали сім'єю з 3 людей, і там було дуже комфортно і просторо. Особливо сподобалось розташування, поруч один з найгарніших парків Бухареста і Торговий центр. Camelia гарний господар, дуже сподобалось спілкування з нею. Рекомендую однозначно.

Ich verbrachte fast zwei Monate dort - und es hätte keinen besseren Platz und keine bessere Gastgeberin geben können. Ich habe mich sehr zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist mitten im Stadtzentrum, mit Balkon, mit großartiger Aussicht und dennoch ruhig. Mit allem, was eine Wohnung wirklich wohnlich und funktionsfähig macht. Mit vollausgestatteter Küche, mit vielen Abstellmöglichkeiten, mit Rolläden an allen Fenstern, großem Esstisch, ... . Und einer tollen Gastgeberin, Andra ist proaktiv, hat gute Tipps, immer ansprechbar, reagiert schnell. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe, die Metro nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Locuinta este amplasata la 2 minute de Cazino, intr-o zona linistita cu multa verdeata. Acces facil pe jos catre faleza, catre restaurantele din portul Tomis dar si catre zona istorica a orasului. Apartamentul este exact ca in descriere, spatios si primitor. Gazda a fost foarte comunicativa. Vom reveni.

Квартира повністю відповідає опису. Є деякі маленькі недоліки, але не критично. Хазяїн дуже привітний. Дуже швидко реагував на наші прохання. Вид з балкону на 100 з 10. Наявність власного паркомісця це також чудово. Постіль і рушники бездоганні. Є вся необхідна техніка. Рекомендую!

Locatia este la 10 minute de centrul Brasovului cu masina. Apartamentul a fost curat, calduros iar propietarul foarte amabil!

We arrived late and Bogdan helped us when we asked if he could provide some groceries for us! We also were a little late to leave (jet lag) and he was friendly, considering our over-stay. Thank you so much!

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I ever stayed at. A true hidden gem. Traditional home right on the lake in Covasna county, quiet, tranquil and super gorgeous. Upon arrival they offered us a bottle of traditional “palinca”, a romanian moonshine. Hosts were kind and friendly. Will definitely return.

Sehr schönes, modernes sauberes Apartment sehr gut gelegen in der Innenstadt. Entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut zu erreichen . Die Einrichtung ist modern, sehr schöne Details und das beste man kann direkt vor der Türe parken. Ein schönes sehr sauberes riesiges Bad das zudem auch noch sehr gut ausgestattet ist hat uns sehr überrascht. Empfehlungspunkte 100 von 100. Hat uns sehr gefallen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und wir konnten auch die Bären sehen 😍 Liliana war unglaublich nett und Ihr zuhause ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🥰

I am very impressed concerning the renovation of such an old building. A cool combination of a traditional 1940s house with modern standards. The only thing that is different in the photos (but in a positive sense) is the kitchen as it is now all new and superbly equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming - many thanks for having something to eat in the fridge! After a day's driving this is really very nice. Very good place for outdoor gatherings because of the well-equipped gazebo and the bathroom available outside. The host speaks perfect English :) Wi - fi: works flawlessly, Cleanliness: very well cleaned accommodation, Neighbourhood : quiet and peaceful.

Am rămas plăcut impresionat de această cabană și de ceea ce oferă,un loc liniștit în care poți să te retragi,dar și o locație capabilă să îți ofere seri de neuitat alături de prieteni. Domnul Cristian a fost foarte comunicativ și prietenos,fiind mereu la dispoziția noastră. Aștept cu nerăbdare să mai revin la această locație. P.S. Ne-a cucerit muzica de pe terasă :)

I had a wonderful stay at Aurelian Calin's property. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with a great view of the Black Sea, close to local attractions, and in a quiet area. Am fost super încântată de priveliștea pe care o aveam la geam, și de faptul că am avut rulou, și dacă vrei să dormi fără să te deranjeze lumina de afară, ai ocazia să-ți creezi atmosfera perfectă. Am considerat că acest apartament are tot ce am nevoie ca să mă simt confortabil, într-un city break, la cel mai bun preț! Très bel appartement, propre, bien équipé, idéalement situé devant plusieurs plages. Possède une grande terrasse avec magnifique vue mer. Hôte très réactive et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.

Un studio exact asa cum iti doresti sa fie. In centru, totul foarte aproape. Studioul se afla intr-o vila care te face sa te intorci in timp si sa ai parte de o experienta “interbelica”. Cand vizitezi Oradea si toate cladirile vechi arata ca si cum ar fi noi, iti doresti sa locuiesti intr-o casa de genul celor pe care le vizitezi. A fost superb si ma bucur ca am facut alegerea potrivita. Radu a fost prezent, m-a ghidat pentru a-mi face citybreakul unul de neuitat. Multumesc si sper sa gasesc liber data viitoare cand vin in Oradea. Calitate-pret fara egal!

Gabriel And K. sind tolle Gastgeber! Flexibel, hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gut eingerichtet und hat einen wirklich schönen Ausblick. Kurzum, ein Platz wo man gerne zurückkommt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great apartment, very clean, has everything you need for a short or a longer stay. Good location, quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the subway and Orhideea shopping center. Andra was really friendly and responsive to our questions. I definitely recommend this place.

The location was perfect, very close, but not inside the noisy old town. The apartment is a very generous size, with all useful amenities. Particularly helpful was the air conditioning, during quite a warm spell. Would certainly recommend to friend and family groups

When you enter the small courtyard outside the house, you feel you have stepped into a hidden world within the city. The house itself is small but perfectly formed. It is the perfect location for exploring Cluj or simply sitting and watching the world go by outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have no hesitation in recommending.
