Holiday rentals with beach access in Rooi-Els

It was our second time at this unit and like the first time we enjoyed our stay very much. This booking was an easy and automatic choice for us. Theres always enough blankets and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped so you feel right at home. We also loved the large bean bags for a cozy night in front of the tv. It was not there with our previous stay so that was a nice addition. Colin a superb host!

Very easy to find and positioned so well in the town. Everything is in walking distance! Safe parking and a nice apartment! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly 🙌🔥

Our stay at Philipp’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked, we could tell Philipp was an exceptional host. His communication and care were outstanding. When we arrived, he welcomed us personally, helped with our bags, and gave us a mini tour along with much-appreciated coffee recommendations. One detail I especially loved was the beautiful handbook he’s put together with thoughtful restaurant recommendations and personal notes. It was such a lovely touch and really shows how much care he puts into creating a wonderful experience for his guests. Once we settled in, I have to say: impressed is an understatement. I can be quite particular, and this was truly an excellent stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful complimentary touches throughout. If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

we had a great stay at Carmen's after having previously done the Edible Shores workshop. the boathouse was a super nice get away with a nice fireplace in beautiful surroundings with lots of beach walks and the Harold Porter Gardens nearby would definitely recommend. Carmen was incredibly friendly, proactive and always willing to help thanks Carmen

A lovely, spacious family holiday home. The open plan upstairs area was great to hang out and spend quality time together as a group, indoors and on the deck. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone. A great kitchen with all necessary items, and a fireplace. Proximity to the beach and the boardwalk for some outdoor time, couldn’t be better. Appreciated the flexible check out offered by Rita.

What a beautiful location! You will relax there completely. Also easily accessible thanks to the host's instructions. For our family with three children, it was also very spacious, each room equipped with its own bathroom. You can even shower with a view of the ocean, completely zen. The beautiful garden also invites you to enjoy a lot of nice aperitif evenings. Thank you Andrea for sharing this magical place with us, we can recommend it to anyone!

A group of friends spent a long weekend at the Whale Huys which exceeded expectations. The setting on the mountainside directly above the sea is spectacular and each bedroom has a sea view. The owners have catered for every need. Even though it was winter we had very warm weather and were able to enjoy the heated pool and the hot tub. One could spend all day taking in the panoramic view over the sea and watching the whales in the bay. We received a warm welcome from Rene on arrival and felt at home right away. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay, a little retreat snuck away in nature, while still central and close to all amenities. The landscaping was done very inteligently, creating such good privacy to the main road, framing beautiful vistas from the lounge and main bedroom without a need for boundary walls. The social spaces are very well arranged and the games room upstairs is such an enjoyable space. We were all.enchanted by the semi private path to the beach over the bridge and through the vlei, with all the birds and insects. We were visited by an otter and there were two hadedas that slept every night on the roof ridge. There is no TV and the main room upstairs doesn't have a door, which might put some people off but we didn't mind. The house is very well-equipped and we were very comfortable. The outdoor shower is lovely and the social spaces are very well organized, especially the enclosed verandah, which is perfect for an afternoon nap or a lively family meal time around the braai. Lovely setting and the most beautifully designed house. Everything you need for a special relaxed breakaway. Clean and fresh with spectacular views! There were a few hiccups, but easily resolved with Vanessa just being a call away. Will book again.

Lovely place , good location and great host .

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

Wieneke's place is a fantastic space. The views are hard to beat, absolutely stunning and lovely to hear the ocean. Loved having my morning coffee in the sun on the balcony. Wieneke is a great host, super responsive and helpful. Will definitely book her place again! 100% recommend 👍🏻

The most amazing, cosy but spacious airbnb. I really enjoyed my time here. The space is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of a fully functional home. And with the Ocean to great you right as you step out the door- what more could one ask for.

What a great spot with easy access to the beach or pools. In winter, you have the ever changing sea views but due to the recessed position less noise. It was a relaxing sanctuary after our work days and Liz was an attentive hostess, arranging an easier parking for our large car … For those who struggle with mobility there are steps to the well appointed unit.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

Wonderful location, stunning views, and really close to all the hotspots! Went out for a lovely morning of activities and capped of the adventure with a great canoe experience on Clifton 4th, just a few 100m from the accommodation! And let me not get started on the relaxation appeal the home has to offer! The sound of the ocean with pristine views…truly a beautiful and lovely expedition! Look forward to visiting here again

Amazing lock up and go spot located in close proximity to all the awesome spots in town with some of the most amazing views! Would definitely stay again!
