The house contains kitchen, two bathrooms, a main living room and two small rooms, 3 bedrooms, porch and backyard. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires you to bring bed linen and towels. If you/you want to experience proximity to Røros' culture etc. this is the place for you.

The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cottage. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views to mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both by foot, ski and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Lysløypa right outside the cabin. 5 min with car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.
