Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Cheerful seat stay with hot tub and sauna. Great hiking terrain close to national park, and scooter trails in winter.

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. Swim in the stamp, fish in the river or water, go mountain hiking in pristine nature or just relax in silence with no neighbors. Here you can be for yourself and unplug it. We do not have electricity on the setra, but we do have gas heating in the water and gas stove in the kitchen. In winter, there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in by snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in sanitary facilities and hot tub is closed during winter.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country biking. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

The shelter at Näldsjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Newly built outdoor toilet overlooking the lake and mountains! Hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc., available to use. Warm welcome!🌞

Välkommen till ett mysigt kompaktboende vid Storsjön. Boendet ger full tillgång till strand, egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt. Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available.

Cozy little annex

Cozy little annex for you/those of you who just need a place to sleep on the way from A to B. Includes three sleeping places. There is no possibility of cooking in the annex, but it is possible to grill outside when the weather permits. There is drinking water and kettle, coffee and tea in the annex, and everything else you need to have a simple meal. Evening food and/or breakfast can be booked with the host.
