Holiday rentals in Rosalie River

This is hands-down one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying at: the house is gigantic, beautiful and very well-equipped (blender, grill, oven, cutlery, washing machine, etc), and the beds are extremely comfortable. It is located in a very quiet part of town, and it felt as if our only neighbors were cows and goats. As for Petter and Gemma, they were absolutely wonderful hosts: pleasant, very knowledgeable and extremely reactive, they've even helped us find a rental car in the nick of time when our initial plan fell through. I'm looking forward to staying at theirs again the next time I come to Dominica.

My group of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Dexter was an incredible host. I’ve never had an Airbnb host respond so quickly and be so attentive to our needs. We asked for a few extra things and Dexter delivered quickly and was so friendly when we met in person. He went out of his way to recommend a few places of interest including a waterfall just down the street, a bakery, a store, and a restaurant and we visited all of them. His recommendations enhanced our stay in La Plaine. The space itself was clean and spacious and suited our needs for the 4 nights we stayed. I would definitely recommend this home/host for other travellers to Dominica. Thank you!

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Impeccable, tout les services étaient là, même un petit plus pour le petit déjeuner. Même si nous n’avons pas rencontrée l’hôte elle nous a très bien accompagnée à distance tout le long du séjour. Pro active dans les renseignements et réponds vite avec flexibilité Le logement est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord et le sud de l’île sur un court séjour Merci beaucoup

What a gem. Top air bnb stay for me. Stunning beauty, surrounded by nature with sounds images cannot depict. The house itself, is so creatively and solidly made. Close to lots of local attractions (falls/hikes/hots springs) and the capital Roseau is a short drive down the hill. I stayed in 4 different locations in Dominica and this was my favorite. A perfect place to meditate and connect with the earth. There seemed to be a magic in the air here as I was in sync with nature and everything seemed to just fall into place. Hard to explain- but if you are going to Dominica and even considering staying her. Do yourself the favor and stay here. Even though I did not get a chance to meet the hosts (I was only there 2 nights), they were communicative and directions/instructions were easy to follow. When I return to Dominica, I will return to this heavenly retreat!

There aren’t enough words to describe how special this experience was. Even with my delayed arrival, Trudy and Rudolf greeted me at the gate with open arms and made me feel instantly at home. Trudy stayed in touch throughout my visit, always making sure I had everything I needed. Her care and thoughtfulness made all the difference. The gardeners were kind, and every encounter on the property felt warm and genuine. Trudy, Rudolf, and Lieuwkje were the most wonderful hosts—they even took me on a series of beautiful garden tours. The home was even more stunning in person. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while watching hummingbirds flutter by. I saw countless rainbows from the balcony, and even the rain added to the magic—each day felt more peaceful than the last. It was hard to say goodbye, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you, Trudy, Lieuwkje, and Rudolf, for making my stay unforgettable. I miss you already and can’t wait to come back.

L’un des meilleurs séjours Airbnb que j’ai jamais eus Cet appartement en Dominique a vraiment dépassé toutes mes attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous – un endroit chaleureux, accueillant et incroyablement confortable. L’espace est spacieux, paisible et parfaitement entretenu, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (et même plus que ce qui était indiqué). C’est l’un des endroits les plus sûrs et reposants où j’ai séjourné. L’emplacement est idéal – très central et proche de toutes les principales attractions de l’île. Que vous souhaitiez explorer la nature, profiter de la culture locale ou simplement vous détendre, cet endroit facilite tout. Il se trouve à environ 25 minutes du port de ferry et à 1 heure de l’aéroport principal, donc très accessible. L’un des meilleurs aspects, c’est l’hôte Pepita – si aimable, serviable et vraiment accueillant. Son sens du détail et son hospitalité ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Sans aucune hésitation!! La Tiny House de Shurmon est un havre de paix. Bien que la classification de "super host" ne soit pas mentionnée, celle-ci est bien représentée. Le logement est très bien équipé et s’il manque : il suffit de demander. Shurmon est à l’écoute et cherchera à solutionner votre demande au mieux. Très réactive. Une note particulière pour le panier de fruits frais et ce magnifique jardin de plantes aromatiques, médicinales et arbres fruitiers. 5/5 * - cadre dépaysant d’exception. Nous reviendrons.
