Holiday rentals with a pool in Rosario

we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

My stay was wonderful. The home was very nice. The host was wonderful and responsive. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quickly. The instructions and directions she gave were clear and correct. The neighborhood felt safe. I have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Emelita's place is good place if you want to stay for a short time or a long time. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and at first, this host didn't have all of the things we needed for a long stay. However, Emelita was quick to respond and she bought the things we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. She was very open to listen to and understand my American Custom. It seems that many if not most of the Filipinos drink instant coffee and for most Americans...instant is not acceptable. We needed a coffee pot and a few other things...since we planned on cooking most our meals. Thanks to a responsive and understanding host...Emelita's place is now equipped for travelers who wish to stay for longer periods. The only negative at this place..is that it is in a very lively community. For me...that was OK as I wanted to experience and learn about the culture. But if you are looking for something quieter and more peaceful, this may not be the best place. For us...it was perfect!

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. Rona’s place was the perfect home away from home, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, ideal for spending fun quality time with family and friends in a private neighborhood within walking distance to Laiya Beach which was especially delightful in the mornings when the tide and sunlight makes the beautiful scenery glow. Groceries, authentic Filipino food spots with home delivery options are nearby. The host, staff, and the locals are warm, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Rona, Dondon, and Porto by the Bae, for having us!

This is our 2nd time staying at this bnb, and even thought there are some minor changes in the unit the our overall experience was still enjoyable. The host and caretaker are responsive and accommodating as well, they respond quickly whenever we have questions. This is stay is so worth every penny we paid. There were was a little issue with the fan in the living room area and the speaker, maybe it just needs maintenance but nevertheless it was a fun stay.

The place looked the same as pictures, it was so clean and so bright during day time which is pleasing to the eyes. The view of Taal was majestic! There are nearby places and restaurants to explore. It also has free parking which is ++ for me! Thank you so much! Will definitely book again! 😊💕

We had a great and relaxing stay at Charie’s place—highly recommended! She was very responsive to all our queries. Charie patiently answered our questions and made sure we had the correct instructions, especially when we accidentally entered the wrong passcode. What stood out the most was how well she communicates and how much she values each guest. We’ll definitely come back and are hoping for a longer stay next time. Thank you, Charie!

Definitely one of the bests unit stayed in. True to life photos. Has beautiful taal view and noticed also how unit seem to be bigger compared to others we stayed before in wind. clean, organized and has pretty interiors and furnitures.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!
