NO UNDER 25’s & NO SCHOOLIES! We are located walking distance to the beach and a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the Rosebud pier. Our house has 5 split systems, one located in each bedroom and in the living area to keep you cool in the summer months, and warm in the winter.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses.
