Great place to stay just around the corner from the main road and easy walking distance to the beach

A great peaceful stay ! The house was very clean and well looked after overlooking the olive groves. Although be mindful that you are right next to two other apartments (while not an issue) this should just be noted. Beautiful and relaxing and a short drive from ocean grove beaches

Loved the whole package. Location was amazing with walks to the beach, the local market on Sunday, some lovely shops to browse through. So close to lots of ‘must see’ activities. The unit was spot on with amenities that went over and above. The comfort of the beds was high along with lovely linen and quilts that meant our winter nights were incredibly comfortable. The additional kitchen grocery items and condiments were very much appreciated as a touch above when comparing to other places we have stayed. We could watch the replay of the football - winner. The communication was very comprehensive. Access was no problem, advice on parking appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Great house, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen as well as bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Lovely deck, super easy check in, nice neighbourhood with shops close by as well as the beach all by walking distance. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime again.

Amazing stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location only being a short drive to many wineries and beaches around the Bellarine, and a shopping centre close by for everything else. Like many of the reviews, this place definitely exceeded our expectations from the photos!! Much nicer - big, spacious room and bathroom with everything we needed for our stay! Bed very comfy and sheets luxe. Sheer curtains we beautiful to provide privacy for the big windows overlooking the olive grove. Peaceful, relaxing and private. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck taking in the view and sunshine, with the added joy of being able to bring our fur baby! Easy check in and great communication with host. Thanks for making our weekend special!

Great stay. The house was clean and well presented. We enjoyed the outside deck especially on the warmer nights. The proximity of the house to the back beaches was amazing. We walked to Bridgewater Bay, Diamond Bay etc. We watched the sunsets from the track every night. We would love to stay here again because the house is quite secluded and serene but hopefully the early morning construction next door will have ended by then. We highly recommend the house and the location.

Nice house, clean, stylish and exactly as described. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in that area.

Looks like the pictures and the check in was smooth. The place was very comfortable for a large family. Allan is responsive with the messages and has been very polite. The house feels comfortable, cozy, large and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Beds very comfortable & linen were clean.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

The place was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make Christmas special! The Villa was surrounded by nature and was very peaceful. The resort had so much to do for kids. The kitchen was very set up and had loads of kitchen appliances to use e.g. air fryer, baking stuff, sandwich machine. The house was a good size and layout. We will definitely go back.
