Monga Mountain Retreat

A bright, spacious timber cabin, on a beautiful 11acre off-grid property, nestled in the pristine Monga National Park. The private cabin is set apart from the main house on a quiet property, only 16min to the lively town of Braidwood. It sits beside the Jembaicumbene Creek, is surrounded forest and full of native wildlife, birds and untouched bush. There are trails to hike through the rainforest, where you have the chance to see wombats, echidnas & if you're lucky the spectacular lyrebird.

Beachfront serenity and seclusion

Beach front property at Rosedale on NSW south coast. Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Bendos Beach House @ South Broulee

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Pool available from October 1- April 30. Ducted air conditioning. All linen provided. EV charger available on request. Pets on request. Strictly no smoking

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit- large bathroom, bath, toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean. Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
